Ingredients:

  • flour - 4 cups
  • dry yeast - 2.5 teaspoons
  • water - 350 gr
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • champignons – 300 gr
  • onions - 2 pcs
  • salt - 2 teaspoons.

Cooking method:

1. Make the dough and for this we need to dissolve yeast, sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt in warm water.

Pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and add the sifted flour. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for one hour.

2. Boil the chicken legs for 15-20 minutes, add salt and add all the spices, then fry until golden brown.

3. Clean the champignons and onions, cut them into small pieces and fry in oil over medium heat until tender.

4. Meanwhile, the dough is ready, knead it a little and divide it into 5 even parts, and from each part we make a flat cake, in the center of which we place one leg and some fried mushrooms and onions.

5. We gather the dough around the leg, connect it, leave only the seed open, in the same place you can tie it with a stem of dill or parsley.

6. Grease the dough with oil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

7. The dough has acquired a pleasant golden color, which means you can remove it from the oven. The legs are ready.

Beef rolls

Beef rolls can serve as both a cold appetizer and a separate hot dish. You can add any products to the meat, and the prepared sauce will give the rolls an unusual taste.

Ingredients:

  • Beef – 400 g
  • Red sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Green sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Ginger root
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

For the sauce:

  • Honey – 1 tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 5 tbsp.
  • Sweet chili sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Grated ginger root – 1⁄2 tsp.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Sesame oil – 1⁄2 tsp.

Preparation:

Cut the beef into thin slices and pound a little.

If you first keep the meat in the freezer for about 15 minutes, then cutting it will not be difficult.

Finely grate the peeled ginger root. Mix a couple of tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Lubricate the meat with the resulting marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the pepper, rinse with water and cut into strips. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry the peppers for a couple of minutes until lightly browned.

For the sauce, heat honey and soy sauce, add chili and rice vinegar, then add ginger and finely chopped garlic. Leave for 15 minutes and strain, then pour in sesame oil.

Fry the beef slices in a frying pan for 1.5 minutes on each side. Place several strips of pepper on each piece, wrap it in a roll and pierce it with a skewer. Ready rolls are served warm with sauce.

Canapes "Boats"

  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • allspice peas - 5 pcs
  • cloves - 5 pcs.
  • honey - 1 teaspoon
  • apple cider vinegar 6% - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 tbsp. spoon.

Cooking method:

We prepare all the necessary products and get started.

Pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire. In the meantime, the water is boiling, in the meantime you can chop the vegetables. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into circles, and the onion into half rings.

At the moment when the water is almost boiling, you need to add salt, oil, and all the spices, except vinegar and honey.

Next, place the chopped carrots in a pan of boiling water and cook for another five minutes.
