All that remains is to form the wedding cones; for this, long sausages are rolled out from the dough, after which, using scissors, notches are made along the entire length of the strand. Then the bun is rolled into a snail shape. Grease a baking tray with refined sunflower oil, place the cones at a large distance from each other, and place them in a warm place so that the buns rise. In this case, windows and doors must be closed, otherwise a draft will not allow the test to rise. Before putting the cones in the oven, they are greased with a mixture of milk, sugar and egg yolk.
