On January 2 in Moscow they said goodbye to the actor of the Theater. Mayakovsky Alexander SHAVRIN. Two weeks before his death, he celebrated his 57th birthday. And in the spring of 2017, he divorced his wife Anna ARDOVA, with whom he lived for 20 years and during this time he was able to turn her, an actress with average abilities, into a star of the first magnitude. Having raised her children Sonya and Anton, Anna flew into the arms of her brutal stage colleague, Maxim DROZD. Shavrin began to drink out of despair. And he could not defeat the oncology that appeared out of nowhere.
“My whole life has passed next to Sasha Shavrin Alexander Andrienko , holding back tears with difficulty . — We met 37 years ago in Shchuka, although we studied at different courses. Then we shared one dressing room at the Mayakovsky Theater. There we became very friendly with our senior colleagues Andrei Boltnev and Nikolai Volkov . I lived with Shavrin in an apartment on Preobrazhenka when he went on tour - I asked him to look after his dog.
According to Andrienko, his friend always seemed mature and independent to him:
— His father, a playwright and director, died early, and his mother, an actress, worked in Khabarovsk and Sevastopol, so Sasha got used to living alone. We hung out endlessly in his apartment: we composed skits or simply had noisy parties. All the Pike of the 80s were there.
“Sashka had a sharp tongue,” shared another graduate of the Shchukin School, Elena Skorokhodova . “If I inserted some kind of remark, I was certainly bombarded with his quotes and sarcasms. But I wasn’t offended. I always liked Sashka. Very. Honestly. Although you couldn’t call him handsome and there was not even a hint of the title of a sex symbol. But something attracted him to him. His wife Anya Ardova , as an actress, before her marriage to Sashka seemed to me uninteresting, gray and uptight. But then how she opened up! Personally, I associate its blossoming precisely with Sashkin’s influence. Good husbands increase their wives' self-esteem. In addition, Sashka was a professional, he could unobtrusively give precise directorial instructions.
As people close to the spouses say, before they met, they went through completely different schools of life.
“We met when I was 18 and Sasha was 28,” Anna Ardova said in an interview with EG.RU. — He played the main role in the play at the Mayakovsky Theater, and my father, Boris Ardov , participated in the design of this production. Dad and Sasha talked, and I was very young and just periodically made them tea. Our romance didn’t start right away. We were just friends for a long time. Then Sasha said that when I was already pregnant with Sonechka, he fell in love with me. But I didn’t admit it - it’s a shame, because Sonya’s father left me then.

Childhood and youth
Anna Ardova was born on September 27, 1969 in Moscow. The girl was born premature, she had a benign tumor in the lung, but everything went without complications. The Ardov family came from a theatrical dynasty and was well known to the capital's elite: mother Mira Valeryanovna was an actress at the Theater for Young Spectators, father Boris Viktorovich was an actor and director, worked at the Multitelefilm studio.
When Anna was not yet a year old, her mother divorced her father and soon married actor Igor Starygin (the legendary Aramis). The girl had a hard time with her parents' separation. At first, she refused to perceive Igor as her mother’s new husband, but thanks to his kindness and openness, the actor managed to win the favor of his stepdaughter. Boris Viktorovich was also not left alone; after the divorce, he started an affair with actress Lyudmila Dmitrieva.
Anna Ardova lived with her star family in a house on Bolshaya Ordynka. In the neighboring house lived her grandmother, actress Nina Antonovna, and grandfather, writer Viktor Efimovich, who once hosted great Russian cultural figures, among whom was the writer Anna Akhmatova. By the way, the future actress received her name in honor of the great Russian poetess. Relatives were constantly busy in the theater, and grandmother Zoya from St. Petersburg was involved in raising Anna and her older sister Nina.
The origin of my grandfather’s surname, Ardov, is curious. Family legend says that Victor Siegberman's ancestors were Ashkenazi Jews and Sephardim. At first he took the pseudonym Sephardi, but then the first three letters disappeared, and Ardov remained. In addition to his own two children, Anna’s grandfather Viktor Efimovich also raised his stepson, Alexei Batalov, who later became a People’s Artist of the USSR.
During her school years, Ardova was famous for her difficult and restless character. In the 9th grade, the girl was under threat of expulsion from school, and her parents were forced to send their daughter to the Vologda region to a school where her own aunt worked as the director. Thanks to control, Anna began to get rid of bad habits and spend her free time reading classical literature.
Having received a certificate of secondary education, Ardova decided to enter the theater institute, but failed the exams at GITIS. The girl was forced to go to work at Mosobltransexpedition, where she received the position of junior economist, and later got a job as a salesperson in the lobby of the Zolotoy Kolos hotel. In her youth, she also worked as a cloakroom attendant in a theater, where she met actor Sergei Fedorov.
For 4 years, Ardova stubbornly tried to get into the coveted institute. At the same time, she was a free student of Burov’s acting course. The artist entered GITIS only in 1990, on a course with Andrei Goncharov.
After graduating from the theater institute in 1995, Anna was accepted into the troupe of the Mayakovsky Moscow Academic Theater, which was directed by her teacher. The artist plays in the theater to this day, remaining its leading actress.
Biography
Anna Ardova was born into a family of intellectuals: she was the second daughter in the family of director Boris Ardov and actress Mika Ardova (Kiselyova). However, the birth of the baby was overshadowed by severe pathology of one lung. At birth, Anna's weight was only 900 grams. This was a very difficult test for the whole family: until eight months, the parents were forced to ensure that their daughter was always in an upright position, holding her close, otherwise the girl would begin to suffocate.
Alas, the difficulties did not benefit the Ardov couple. As soon as Anna began to recover, her parents divorced. Each of them has a new passion: dad has a woman named Lyudmila, mom has a famous actor Igor Starygin. Boris’s parents, despite their son’s breakup with his wife, happily welcomed their “new” son-in-law and former daughter-in-law into their home. Anna Ardova's grandparents were also people of art: Nina Ardova was an actress and student of the great Stanislavsky, Viktor Ardov was a famous satirist writer. They lived in the same yard with the family of the future actress, on Bolshaya Ordynka, 17. Famous guests never left their house; Mikhail Zoshchenko, Ilf and Petrov, Osip Mandelstam and Anna Akhmatova visited the Ardovs. It was in honor of the latter that Anna Borisovna received the name.
It was in this yard that Anna Ardova spent her childhood. In her youth, the girl was a bully and often fought with boys, and having matured a little, she sang songs with them in the evenings with a guitar and tried a cigarette for the first time.
In the seventh grade, Anna began adolescence, problems appeared in relationships with her parents and peers, her academic performance and behavior rapidly deteriorated, and in the ninth grade the girl was expelled from school. In order to bring the rebellious daughter to reason, at the family council it was decided to send Anna to study in the Vologda region, with her own aunt, who was the director of one of the local schools.
Longing for her Moscow friends, the future actress became interested in reading classical literature, but her grades never improved. But it was then that it became clear to her that she was doomed from birth to become an actress. But eminent relatives flatly refused to help Anna get on stage, citing the fact that she must achieve her dream herself.
Admission to the theater took five years. On the fifth attempt, Ardova finally got in - she was accepted into GITIS, into the acting workshop of Andrei Goncharov. The girl successfully graduated from a theater university in 1995. The teacher was confident in the talent of his ward and recommended her to the Mayakovsky Theater, and Anna Ardova was enrolled in the permanent troupe.
Films and television
In 1997, Ardova took part in the filming of the short film “The Yearning Heifer” based on the story by Isaac Singer. Although the film was a success, it did not bring popularity to the actress.
Anna’s ticket to the world of cinema was participation in the television play “A Plague on Both Your Houses!” in 2002. The actress played Rosaline from the House of Capulet. The talented artist was noticed by famous producers and invited to participate in several multi-part projects.
Since 2002, Ardova has starred in the TV series “Simple Truths” and “Always Say Always.” Anna also made her mark with her role in the popular TV series “Soldiers,” in which she starred in 3 seasons and played the common-law wife of Lieutenant Colonel Kolobkov, played by the brilliant Roman Madyanov. Her filmography also included the full-length drama “Roof”, the historical series “And Still I Love”, the film “Cook”, and the serial film “School for Fat Women”.
A new period in the actress’s creative biography began after her appearance in the first sketch comedy. In 2006, director Olga Land invited the artist to film the humorous series “Women’s League.” The main highlight of the project was the exclusively female cast. The sketch comedy featured Anna Starshenbaum, Olga Medynich, Anna Antonova, Olga Tumaikina and others. Situations with the behavior of women in a given situation were played out in a comedic way. The TV show was a huge success, Anna began to be recognized on the streets. In 2009, Ardova left the project.
"Women's League" was a success for both director Olga Land and Ardova. It is not surprising that they began to collaborate again in the new project “One for All”.
From the previous project, the theme of humorous sketches remained - the life of a woman. In this show, all the main female roles were played by Anna Ardova.
The actress has been in the shoes of a caring Jewish mother, a broken merchant Gala, a glamorous beauty Chris, and many other colorful characters. The partners who played minor roles were Evelina Bledans and Tatyana Orlova. The success of the project exceeded all expectations. In 2010, Ardova received the TEFI Award as the best television actress.
After participating in popular sitcoms, the actress was invited to several major projects at once. In 2010, she starred in the comedy “All inclusive, or All Inclusive,” as well as the biographical film “Vysotsky. Thank you for being alive,” which appeared on the big screen in 2011. In 2012, the artist became the host of the popular TV show Fort Boyard.
In addition, Anna joined the jury of the popular Channel One show “Just the Same.”
Along with the permanent members of the jury - Lyubov Kazarnovskaya and Gennady Khazanov - it periodically included Maxim Averin, Leonid Yarmolnik, Mikhail Boyarsky and Anna Ardova. The woman proved herself to be a gentle and sensitive member of the jury; she was touched by many of the numbers, and the artists constantly received many kind words from her.
After Ardova became popular, she began to be invited to film various projects as a presenter. In 2014, in the SMAK program, Anna shared recipes for nectarine pie and vanilla ice cream with host Ivan Urgant and TV viewers. The actress visited Urgant and the rating program “Evening Urgant”. In 2021, she appeared before the audience of the “Alone with Everyone” program.
In addition to regularly participating in television projects, the actress did not forget about her film career. With her participation, the melodramas “Shores of Love” and “Divorced Neighbors” were released. In 2013, Anna appeared in the humorous project “The Last of the Magikians” in the leading role of Karen’s wife (Grant Tokhatyan).
Soon followed by filming in another comedy film, “Grandfather of My Dreams,” which brought together a truly stellar cast. In addition to Anna Ardova, the leading roles included Leonid Yakubovich, Nikolai Dobrynin, and Ekaterina Strizhenova. Another bright page in the actress’s filmography was the melodrama “There Will Be No Wedding,” where the artist, together with colleague Evelina Bledans, played out the irreconcilable disagreement between the future mother-in-law and mother-in-law.
In 2021, she starred in the film “I Remember - I Don’t Remember!” with Lyudmila Artemyeva, Natalya Medvedeva, Polina Maksimova. In addition, in 2017, the famous sketch show “One for All” moved to Channel One. The first episode of the updated show was released on January 3.

Personal life
Anna Ardova's first love was a guy completely opposite to her in temperament named Alexey, who taught at the Moscow Art Theater School. He also began preparing the girl for admission to a theater university and her cultural education.
Anna met her future husband Daniil Spivakovsky at the institute in her 1st year. At first the guys were just friends, but soon realized that they loved each other, and in 1992 they got married. The young couple settled in a communal apartment, and later moved to their mother-in-law’s apartment. Alla Semyonovna, Ardova's mother-in-law, disliked her daughter-in-law for her hot temper and, in the mother-in-law's opinion, sloppiness.
This situation could not help but affect the newlyweds: the couple often quarreled over trifles, it even came to breaking dishes and fighting. Due to constant complaints from her mother-in-law and misunderstandings with her husband, Ardova left the family, and the marriage broke up a month before the anniversary.
In 1996, Anna had a daughter, Sofia. The father of the child was her acquaintance, who, upon learning that the girl was pregnant, hastened to disappear from her life. At that time, next to Ardova there was one good friend and long-time acquaintance - actor Alexander Shavrin. One day he came to visit Anna and declared that from that moment she was his wife, and Sofia was his daughter. The actress’s personal life flowed in a calm direction. In 1997 they got married right in the theater, and in 2001 their son Anton was born.
In 2021, a real bomb exploded on the Internet: Anna Ardova married the famous “grouse” Maxim Averin. The actors themselves reported this in the Exactly Exact project, but then it turned out that it was just a joke. The actress remained happily married to her second husband.
The children followed in the footsteps of their parents. Sofia Ardova, like her mother, became an actress. From early childhood she began appearing on television in episodic roles. As an adult, Anna Ardova's daughter became a member of the troupe of the St. Petersburg theater "Dom". Anton also managed to appear in “The Case of Dead Souls” by Pavel Lungin and the popular youth series “Univer”.
In the spring of 2021, Anna Ardova divorced Alexander Shavrin. The couple separated after 20 years of marriage. The actress initiated the divorce. After the separation, the artists remained close friends, and in the summer the whole family and children went on vacation. It soon became known that the man was suffering from cancer. At the end of the year, the actor died of cancer. Shavrin was 57 years old.
Information appeared in the media that Alexander’s death was accelerated by the news of Anna’s affair with her acting colleague Maxim Drozd. Together they play in the play “Married but Alive”, where a romance develops between the heroes of the artists.
The production is replete with explicit scenes. The actor made an official statement that the relationship between him and his partner is just rumors.
Quote
Maxim DROZD:
- If someone says that breaking up is easy, I will never believe it. Family dramas disfigure and take away strength... I was in three marriages, in which four beautiful children were born. It is generally accepted that both are always to blame in a divorce. But, probably, if you squint and look at the sky and be completely honest with yourself, then these breakups are more my fault. That's how unlucky I am!
