Minnikova from Kemerovo State University conducted Strelnikova gymnastics classes for 20 preschoolers aged 6-7 years in 2017. After the experimental use of Strelnikova’s gymnastics, the Stange test increased by approximately 30%, and the vital capacity of the lungs after 9 months of using gymnastics increased by almost 300 ml. The number of diseases per child fell to 2.1, that is, more than 2 times, compared with the same period before the experiment, and the average duration of diseases decreased from 6.5 to 4.1 days[16].
Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor E. A. Kiseleva from the Kama State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism noted that no breathing exercises in general (including gymnastics by A. N. Strelnikova) “cannot be useful to all people without exception.” For her study, she formed experimental and control groups of patients with bronchial asthma, consisting of 10 people each (6 women and 4 men) aged 40-50 years. Having studied a number of parameters in 2008, she came to the conclusion: “A comparative analysis of the impact of the respiratory system of A. N. Strelnikova and the standard method of exercise therapy on the physical condition of patients with bronchial asthma established that according to all the results of the study, the indicators of the experimental group were higher than the control group. ... The increase in the studied results indicates the positive impact of classes according to the system of A.N. Strelnikova”[17].

MGR Medical University (English)Russian in Chennai, India, in 2012, studied the effectiveness of Strelnikov breathing exercises in two groups of 30 children with lower respiratory tract infections. The experimental group trained for 5 days, 3 times a day, and the control group received usual treatment. She concluded: “The study results showed that Strelnikova’s breathing exercises were beneficial; there was a significant decrease in respiratory symptoms and improvement in respiratory parameters in the experimental group in children with infectious diseases of the lower respiratory tract"[19]. Mom, Polina Pavlovna , during the war years tried her best to make the life of her three children easier: the eldest daughter Valentina , the middle daughter Sasha and their younger brother Anatoly . Relatives were only able to shelter Valya. Alexandra and her brother ended up in an orphanage.
to become a teacher herself . She entered the Leningrad Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen. While studying at the correspondence department of the preschool faculty, the girl got a job as a teacher in a kindergarten. This brought in at least some income and allowed me to get involved in the profession in practice.
But, apparently, pedagogy could not captivate Alexandra. In 1958, she saw a concert of a folk choir from Voronezh. She convinced the artistic director to listen to her and got into the team.
