However, a few days later he was reinstated in the party by a decision of the bureau of its supreme council. In 2008-2016 worked in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. From August 2008 to December 2008, he served as director of the department for interaction with the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and political parties of the Presidential Administration for Domestic Policy. On January 24, 2021, he was appointed first deputy head of the administration of the Krasnogorsk urban district (Moscow region). The future politician Radiy Khabirov was born in a small Bashkir village in March 1964, into a large friendly family. In addition to him, his parents raised two more sons.
