In February, Yuri Kiselev received the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree. The decree was signed by Vladimir Putin. The text of the decree noted the services of Kiselev Jr., for which he was awarded a state award: organizing concerts in Crimea and Donetsk, restoring and reconstructing churches, organizing charitable humanitarian convoys in the DPR and LPR.

But the young man’s father, Vladimir Kiselev, stood up for his son.
