Yuliy Solomonovich Gusman was born on August 8, 1943 in the city of Baku , Azerbaijan SSR.

Although participation in this club left practically no free time, Yuliy managed to obtain the specialty of a psychiatrist. The guy improves in this area, graduates from graduate school and writes a dissertation. In 1973, Yuliy graduated from directing courses.
