Childhood and youth
Irina Vladimirovna Bezrukova (nee Bakhtura) was born under the zodiac constellation Aries in 1965 in Rostov-on-Don. My mother is a doctor by profession. The family lived poorly in a theater hostel. My father, an oboist, had to work a lot. During the day he played in the orchestra of the Musical Comedy Theater, and in the evening in the “shell” in the park.
At his insistence, Ira and her sister Olga mastered musical notation and learned to play musical instruments, and read a lot.

Irina Bezrukova in her youth
Life changed dramatically when my parents divorced - father Vladimir Trofimovich became addicted to alcohol. Soon after, his mother died of cancer. The children grew up under the care of their grandmother, who had to get a job as a janitor in order to provide for her granddaughters.
At first, Irina wanted to become a doctor and only later an actress; she tried to join a local theater group, but was unsuccessful. Bakhtura was shy; a friend forced her to overcome her disadvantage and try to fulfill her dream of acting.
The girl learned the necessary poems and passed the exams at the Rostov School of Arts, receiving the highest score. She graduated from college in 1988 with a degree in theater and film actress.
Theater
Since her 2nd year, Irina has performed on the stage of the Rostov Drama Theater named after Maxim Gorky. In my youth I had to play in almost amateur performances, acting either as Komsomol members, or “conformist majors” or bohemian youth. In the production of “Stars in the Early Sky,” the aspiring actress got the difficult role of a woman of easy virtue who appears topless on stage.
In the late 90s, Irina and her first husband moved to Moscow and got a job at the Oleg Tabakov Theater, but served in “Tabakerka” for only 4 months, while the main performer of the role entrusted to her was in the hospital. Later she worked for the novice stylist Sergei Zverev as a fashion model.
Bezrukova returned to the stage years later. The actress played one of the central roles in the play “Endless April” at the Moscow Provincial Theater. In the theatrical project “The Romanovs” she acted as a reader. In 2013, I received a new profession – audio commentator. Since that time, Irina has been accompanying performances with commentary for blind people and occasionally takes part in productions as a guest actress.
Movies
Bezrukova’s cinematic biography began in the mid-90s, in the thesis work of a young cameraman, “The Girl and the Wind.” The actress became recognizable after the release of the comedy “When You're Late at the Registry Office,” which was thoroughly imbued with the spirit of perestroika, on the big screen.
Then Irina took part in the filming of the joint Czech-British film “Kolya,” which received the international Golden Globe and Oscar awards. Bezrukova embodied on the screen the image of a wealthy Russian woman who fictitiously gets married in Europe.
Then there were many diverse roles. One of the most successful is Louise of Lorraine in the historical series “The Countess de Monsoreau.” In 2011, the actress’s repertoire was expanded with her appearance in the lyrical comedy “Full Contact.”
In 2016, Irina played in the drama “Earthquake” about the 1988 tragedy in Armenia. The film was nominated for an Oscar, but subsequently the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts excluded the film from the list of nominees, considering that it “does not meet the requirements presented.”
Irina Bezrukova and Marat Basharov in the program “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”
Irina is also known to the public as a TV presenter. She hosted the program “Shop on the Sofa” on RTR, the show “The Best” on STS, and the author’s project “Conversation on Stage.” The artist also appeared in the “Keys to Fort Boyard” program.
In 2021, Bezrukova paired up with Maxim Petrov in the 10th season of the entertainment television show “Dancing with the Stars.”
Bezrukova does not appear on screen as often as fans would like, but in 2021 she starred in the film “Unforgiven” about the architect Vitaly Kaloyev, who lost his entire family in a plane crash over Lake Constance. The actress herself called this film an inoculation against indifference, which teaches you to value life.
Another film with the artist’s participation is “Ballerina”. For Kazakh filmmakers, Irina appeared in the image of a choreographic school teacher raising a deaf child. The boy dreams of becoming a dancer.

Irina Bezrukova and Igor Livanov
Bezrukova played the role of a priest’s wife in the melodrama “On the Circle.” The project is dedicated to a real person - the holy martyr Nikolai Popov, canonized.
In 2021, the actress risked taking part in the reality show “The Last Hero. Actors versus psychics” and, together with her colleagues in the program, tried to survive in the pristine jungle on the Philippine island of Palawan, where she delighted the audience with her slender figure in a swimsuit.
A year later, Irina competed with Marat Basharov, Vlad Sokolovsky and Ekaterina Bobrova in the TV quiz show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” on Channel One.
Wrong films and TV series
Love is love, but at one point people realized: Sergei Bezrukov is shown to them everywhere. Gradually it stopped bringing joy. New series and films were released one after another, and Bezrukov was in each of them.
Viewers increasingly began to complain that the actor began to accept any offers, which sometimes had to be refused. According to Russians, some roles turned out to be very unsuccessful.

Irakli from the re-shot “The Irony of Fate” caused a strong wave of popular indignation. It must be said that participation in such a project was generally doubtful, because our people really do not like to watch remakes of their favorite Soviet films. After “Irony” came the films “Ulan Ballad” and “Real Fairy Tale”, which were also poorly received by the audience. The actor's popularity was steadily going down.
Personal life
Irina’s personal life is the object of close attention from the press. The first husband is the star of the action movie “Destroy the Thirty!” Igor Livanov. The couple got married 3 years after the tragic death of the actor’s wife and daughter. The marriage produced a son, Andrei Livanov.
Irina lived with her next chosen one, Sergei Bezrukov, for 15 years. The man had illegitimate children Alexandra and Ivan. They were given birth to by actress Kristina Smirnova. But Sergei left not for her, but for director Anna Matison.
The divorce took place in a civilized manner. “We became truly close people and associates. We are still united by a common cause - the Moscow Provincial Theater, the Fund for the Support and Development of Sociocultural Projects, which we created together,” Irina said in an interview.

However, Bezrukov did not attend Andrei Livanov’s funeral in 2015, although he raised the guy as his own - he went on tour. For the last 3 years, the actress’s son suffered from diabetes, but the cause of death was an accident: he slipped or fell and hit his head.
In October 2021, rumors circulated online that the actress was pregnant - Bezrukova gained 1.5 sizes and began appearing at official events in loose-fitting dresses. But, as Irina explained, she simply gained weight for the new role of a Don Cossack woman in the film “On the Circle.”

Irina Bezrukova and her son Andrei Livanov
The artist celebrated her 55th birthday in 2021, delighting her followers with a piquant photo on Instagram. Irina looks much younger than her age. As the actress admitted, her appearance is the result of playing sports in her youth, a healthy lifestyle and regular visits to a cosmetologist. Bezrukova denies the use of plastic surgery, but experts suspect her of rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty, the use of fillers, etc.
5 years after the death of her son, the actress spoke about his death in the documentary film “Bezrukova. Confession". Irina shared how she went through a difficult period after the death of her only child: she was besieged by journalists, eager to get an interview, and the grief-stricken woman was increasingly visited by thoughts of suicide.
In the interview, the artist notes that she accepted the loss and intends to move on. Now she is not ready to tie the knot again, but is already accepting advances from a fan. In March 2021, Irina attended the program “The Fate of a Man” and in an interview with Boris Korchevnikov she spoke about her childhood and famous husbands.
Personal life of the actress
During the filming of the film “Crusader 2” in 1998, Irina met the famous actor Sergei Bezrukov. The romance was stormy. The relationship between Irina and Sergei took the first lines of the tabloids. They developed rapidly, and it was completely impossible to hide them.
The age difference was not an obstacle for the couple: Bezrukov is 8 years younger than his beloved. The fact that Irina was married to actor Livanov at that time was not important to him.
