Step 1.

At the first stage, you need to clarify your last name, first name, patronymic, email address and cell phone number. The last two parameters are verified by sending a code either via SMS or email. The received code must be entered into the appropriate data entry field.

Step 2.

After confirming your email or cell phone, a password is set to log into the system. It must be taken into account that the password must be difficult to remember: it must be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

Step 3. (get a simplified account)

A checkmark and an optimistic inscription - “Registration was successful” - do not at all mean that the user has been fully identified. At the next stage, you need to fill out information about the date and place of birth, indicate SNILS and passport data, including where it was issued and the department code. After that, click “Continue”.

Step 4. (get a standard account)

At this stage, the entered data is automatically verified with the files of the Federal Migration Service and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. This procedure takes a little time. Based on the results of the check, a notification is sent to the new user’s email or cell number.

In order to get a verified account, you need to go to the Edit Personal Data Tab and select Identity Confirmation. After this, you can solve the problem of full authorization in three ways:

  • via electronic card.

How can I get it?

What kind of certificate is this and what is it for?

Obtaining a certificate may be necessary in the following cases:

Filling out an application

When the desired service is selected, complete information on how to obtain it will appear on the screen. Then you need to click on the “Get service” button, after which a form will appear on the monitor that you will have to fill out:

  • indicating the document required for registration (certificate);
  • by selecting the desired civil registry office department from the list provided;
  • by filling out the column with the full name of the applicant, his place of registration, and passport data (information is entered mechanically);
  • by recording the details of the marriage certificate;
  • indicating in which department of the registry office (name and address) you want to issue an extract;
  • by providing an email address and telephone number as additional information.

When the application is completed, you need to click the “Submit” button and wait to receive the corresponding notification.

How long does it take to prepare a certificate?

The completed extract is issued to the applicant during a personal application or to his representative, if there is a notarized power of attorney. The registry office employees can also send a certificate by mail.

If you visit the registry office to obtain the required certificate (if you have all the required documents), it can be issued on the day of the visit. But when applying using other methods, the procedure may take a little longer. This may take several days, and sometimes even a month (if the request has to be sent to the registry office archive located in another locality, or sent via mail).
