The future actor was born in Kyiv on February 3, 1973 into a family of teachers. The boy’s grandmother was a health worker and dreamed that her grandson would follow in the footsteps of his ancestors. During adolescence, the decision became stronger. After graduating from school with a silver medal, Andrei announced that he was going to Moscow to enter a theater university. The young man’s grandmother, Zinaida Nikitichna, promised to use all her connections so that her grandson would enter medical school. Andrey Chernyshov was born in February 1973 in Kyiv. After 9 years, the family moved to Transbaikalia, to the village of Sulban. At first glance, everything was going well for the boy at school: his father was the director, and his mother was a mathematics teacher and class teacher. This left an imprint on Andrei’s childhood, who grew up under the strict supervision of his parents-teachers. However, he also received C grades, but, according to Chernyshov, a clan of teachers formed at school who tried to hurt his father as much as possible. That’s why I didn’t receive a gold medal, only a silver one.
“I didn’t have a childhood, I was under constant control. I tried to be the first, the best. I hated school, I learned through “I can’t”,” the actor recalls.

The only joy was the school theater "Green Carriage". There, the students were enthusiastically engaged until the night: they composed music, rehearsed, sang and toured neighboring villages. From that moment on, Andrei wanted the stage to take an important place in his biography, but he did not share his dreams with anyone. In the school theater, the Kiev resident became a star, participating in productions, playing only the main roles.
After graduating from 11th grade, Andrei moved to Moscow. The guy applied to several theater universities.
