This means that there will be no one except you and your guests. You can use both the summer veranda and the banquet hall - at your discretion! — Rent of our site for events - from 30,000 rubles. up to 100,000 rub. — Accommodation in a guest house — room for young people 3,000 rubles. per day / guest room 2,000 rub./day And below everything is the same, only for those who like details. Lots of details... Of course, the question of price is the main one and most often and most of all we are asked about the cost of holding a celebration with us. Below we have tried to describe in great detail the cost of holding celebrations at our site. Our site is for rent. What does it mean? This means that we rent it out on a daily basis. Checkout hours are 12 noon and 10 am. You check in at 12 noon on the day of the celebration and must vacate the House by the Lake by 10 am the next day.
The rental price depends on 1) Season and 2) Day of the week! Everything is logical! The more popular the dates and convenient days, the more expensive the site rental will cost. Room cleaning is charged separately.

What is included in the rental?
As part of the lease, we will provide you with our site with all the property that is located on it and you can use all this splendor, namely:
* Country house
House area 300 sq. m. On the ground floor of the house there are: - a wardrobe area with a chic mirror. We assure you that this mirror produces the best selfie photos in the world! Your guests will love it) - 2 guest restrooms - banquet hall with an area of 100 sq. m. The hall capacity is up to 60 people with European seating (round tables). The banquet hall is classic in style, neutral in color combination, which is extremely convenient. Any decorator’s idea fits well into our interior. There is a false fireplace!
There is light and music installed in the banquet hall. You can use it.
There is sound, but if you need it, we can only provide it for rent. 2 speakers 1.5 kW, 2 subwoofers, prof. mixing console, microphone - 10,000 rubles / event.
Guest rooms are located on the second floor.
- the main, most spacious and most beautiful - the newlyweds' room. Made in the Chanel style - the combination of dusty pink and gray shades in the interior looks very advantageous in the photo. The room has a French bathtub with cast feet. Yes, real! And the water runs! Yes, it's running warm! And you can swim too! Wash the bath thoroughly!!! ))) Forged bed with a canopy. Dressing table. A luxurious balcony with wrought iron railings offers a picturesque view of the forest, lake and pier with a boat.
- groom's room. Strict. masculine, brutal. Made in a classic, restrained style. Dark green walls, a leather sofa, and an elegant dark wood bureau are perfect for displaying all men's wedding accessories. The room is ideal for a photo shoot of the Groom's preparation.
- guest rooms in Provence and shabby chic style, as well as in a marine style and a bedroom - vanilla (we couldn’t come up with a name :)) so it’s vanilla!) The rooms are not large in size. But very bright, warm and cozy. Each room can comfortably accommodate two guests. Each of them has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
So, the maximum number of beds in the House by the Lake is 12!
Further. Our site has a Veranda.
The veranda is white, wooden, airy, spacious. Its area is 160 sq.m. Can accommodate up to 90 people at a banquet. The ceiling height in the central part is 6.5 meters. Our veranda has soft PVC curtains. They protect guests in case of bad weather, without completely blocking the amazing view around them. The veranda is insulated! And we have heating. In case of bad weather, it can be heated and a completely comfortable temperature can be maintained inside.
We held events at the end of October and with the temperature outside being 0, the guests inside were in summer clothes and they were comfortable. The veranda is equipped with sound equipment - 4 speakers suspended from the ceiling + mixing console for 2 channels.
There is no light music on the veranda, but it is not needed! In the summer, it is light there until late in the evening, and in the late evening on the street, according to the law on silence, you cannot make noise! And you and I have no right to break the law! And therefore all our guests will move to the House, where there is light and music.
We also have a pier and an area for off-site registrations. You can launch a white wooden boat onto the lake next to the pier.
We also have a photo zone with a hanging swing on an oak tree, a photo zone with a wooden press wall, a photo zone with a wooden carousel, structures for a candy bar and structures for a lemonade bar!
You can use all this!
The only thing you need to pay for is the use of rooms if your guests stay overnight. If this is the case, then a specialist should come to work. employee - a maid who will promptly make the beds of our guests with clean, starched linen, fluff up the feather beds and pillows, lay out the blankets, and provide slippers. She will do all this with great love! And after a stormy night, he will clean up the “remnants of the fun”, in an extremely short time, wash the linen, iron it and starch it again. And our fairy maid does not want to work for free) Therefore, the use of the rooms is paid additionally: 2000 rubles for each guest room and 3000 rubles for the newlyweds’ room.
One more time! If you just stayed in the rooms, changed clothes there and took photos, then you don’t need to pay extra!
House by the Lake - venue for intimate weddings
The House by the Lake is not about the famous film, it is about one magical place where the forest distance merges with the water surface. Everything here breathes silence and peace. You can hold a chamber wedding here in a cozy and intimate way. Here a dream was sown and grew...
The site area is small, about 0.2 hectares. But the area is extreme, and immediately behind it there is a forest and a lake. The fence towards the forest is made transparent, which gives a feeling of spaciousness, and the site offers a beautiful view of all the natural splendor. Everything breathes with untouched freshness, the mirror of the water gratefully receives the reflection of the trees growing at its edge and the clouds floating in the blue sky. And it seems that everything merges into a single whole - crystal purity and silence.
Let's go into the House (its area is 200 sq. m.). On the ground floor there is a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 60 guests. It provides a classic, bright space so you can transform it into any color zone you want.
We go up to the second floor, where there are 6 cozy bedrooms, decorated in different styles. Provence, shabby chic, vanilla, sea room! And all this with carefully selected and lovely details. A thoughtful and wonderful alternative to a photo studio! Just don’t need to move to other locations for off-site registration and banquet.
Now let's look into the groom's room. Here the future spouse comfortably prepares for the big day. The style is brutal - minimal decor - a leather sofa, a table with magazines about finance and yachts, a men's secretary to accommodate cufflinks and a bow tie, a mirror for spectacular shots.
The bride's room (also the newlyweds' room) is decorated in the Chanel style. Noble dusty pink combined with gray shades. There is a French bathtub on cast legs, which is separated from the main space by a screen with real French lace. Forged bed, canopy, dressing table.
Balcony with the most beautiful view of the lake, pier, forest. Here brides drink their morning coffee with macarons and enjoy every minute of their fairytale.
The veranda is my favorite place to hold a celebration. Wooden, filled with air, it is located a couple of steps from the House. Ideal for a summer wedding and equally wonderful for decorators. Even bad weather won’t bother you - the veranda is insulated and there is heating.
Look around! Behind the newlyweds will be an untouched forest with many wild flowers and herbs, or a snow-white pier with a boat.
Now about practicality, because the territory does not seem very large:

– designs for a cheese station and lemonade bar
– access to the lake.
I am always interested in the history of creating projects “with soul”. Very often, quality is directly related to a person who puts himself fully into the business. And the House by the Lake is exactly that case. The founder of the site is Nadezhda, and her path to her dream was long. From working as a stylist, which allowed her to learn about the secret dreams of brides, to experience in the restaurant industry:
“Having come to work in a restaurant as a manager, without any experience in the restaurant industry, within a year I managed to persuade the management to change the concept of the restaurant to a wedding banquet hall and independently launch a new project as a manager. I developed this business for 3.5 years, and it lives and prospers to this day. But I always understood that this was not it. The walls of the banquet hall were in my way; it was small. There wasn't enough territory. There was not enough nature and water.
I've been dreaming about the perfect wedding venue for several years. Clearly understanding what should be on an ideal site. After all, I’ve heard so many times from my brides: we’ll have a restaurant at our wedding, it’s good, but... We are celebrating at the hotel, everything is nice there, but....”
This is how a place appeared in nature, surrounded by a forest with a pond nearby, albeit small, but with its own closed territory. With these wonderful rooms that we walked through, with a cozy veranda and a comfortable banquet hall. With a lot of locations in one place. With your own catering service. And all this in an incredibly short, but very difficult period of time!
Direct communication with guests is an important advantage. At the House by the Lake, they often meet the wishes of the bride and groom and try to create the warmest atmosphere possible, characteristic of a particular couple and their loved ones. And these are not just words, but also concrete actions. The chef will develop a menu to suit your budget, sound equipment (and lights) will be provided, and guests will be able to stay overnight.
