Kravets: biography of a rap artist
Kravtsov Pavel, better known under the pseudonym rapper Kravts, was born on January 14, 1986 in the city of Tula. From childhood, he learned the bitterness of loss: at the age of four, he lost his father. Two years after a family tragedy, the boy and his mother move to Moscow. Then events developed clearly and quite “systematically”: he graduated from city school No. 1241, after graduation he entered the university and graduated with a degree in marketing and management.
Kravets, whose biography became the topic of this article, has already shown a love for such a musical direction as hip-hop since childhood. From a young age, this boy listened to the bold and daring songs of Eminem, Captain Jack and other performers “from abroad.”
At the age of eleven, this talented guy wrote his first track, and even in English. It is worth noting that, despite fulfilling the duties of an ordinary teenager, he always studied music at the same time.
Kravets's childhood
Tula is the rapper’s hometown. When little Pavlik was 4 years old, he lost his dad. Two years later, the future singer left to live in the capital.
At the age of six he went to study at Moscow school No. 1241. After graduating from secondary education, Pavel entered the university and mastered the specialty of management and marketing.
Kravets chose the hip-hop direction. Since childhood, Pasha was interested in music, namely the hip-hop direction. He wrote his first composition in English at the age of eleven. The singer's musical taste was influenced by the compositions of cult Western rappers such as Eminem, Captain Jack and others.
Before music began to generate income, Pavel was involved in various fields of activity. There was a time when he was herding fish on. Later, when the singer turned sixteen, there were parties in clubs where Pavel was the host. But he gave up all these activities as soon as he began to seriously study music. Kravts - “Factory” At the age of seventeen, the young singer wrote the provocative song “Factory”. The composition hit the radio and instantly became popular. In this song, the author challenges rapper Timati and the TV project of the same name. In response, the star, having gathered his friends, recorded the song “The Answer” for Kravets, lasting 8 minutes.
The rapper's youth
This enterprising boy not only managed to do everything everywhere, he also periodically tried to earn extra money. Until the age of sixteen, he worked part-time at a job, and a little later he found something of interest: he became the host of club parties. However, this did not suit him either, because he wanted to connect his life with music, and not with club parties. At the age of sixteen, he leaves behind the experience of club parties and begins to seriously engage in musical activities.
At the age of seventeen, the young rapper wrote his first musical composition, “Factory.” This new hip-hop work had a humorous and hidden provocative context. The daring rap of the young Kravets, whose biography simply cannot be ignored, could be contrasted with the activities of the popular Russian rapper Timati, as well as the “Star Factory” project, which, in fact, brought Timati onto the big stage.
Kravets turned out to be lucky: his song began to be played on the radio, and very soon it began to occupy leading positions in the charts. Timati himself heard this composition and decided to literally record the answer song “The Answer” together with his friends.
Childhood and youth
Pavel Kravtsov, better known as rapper Kravts, was born in Tula on January 14, 1986. At the age of four, the boy lost his father, and two years after that he moved with his mother Vera Evgenievna to Moscow. In the capital, Pasha attended city school No. 1241 with an English bias, studied piano and clarinet, and after completing schooling, he entered the university and received a degree in management and marketing.
Kravets in childhood and youth
Kravtsov was interested in music from early childhood, and from a young age he was attracted to hip-hop. The guy loved listening to the bold songs of Captain Jack, Eminem and other Western performers. Already at the age of eleven he wrote his first track in English. Pavel always continued to study music, in parallel with his studies at school and university.
In addition, the guy was looking for ways to earn extra money. At first he took care of fish at a local farm, and at the age of sixteen he found a more interesting occupation: Kravtsov worked as a host at club parties. However, the young man soon realized that he had to take his passion for music more seriously, and abandoned club parties.
Rapper Kravets
When the young rapper was seventeen years old, he recorded his first serious song, “Factory”: partly as a joke, partly as a provocation. The daring rap of young Kravets was written as a kind of challenge to the popular Russian rapper Timati, as well as to the Star Factory project, thanks to which this performer became famous.
The young man was lucky: his composition began to be played on the radio, and it quickly became popular. Timati also heard it, who later wrote the song “The Answer” with his friends.
Creative career
Initially, Pavel Kravets, whose biography many fans are interested in, intended to perform in the group. Together with Leo and MC Chek, he created his own team, which was dubbed “Swing”. A certain Arthur was even hired to act as a producer. A lot of material was recorded for the first album, but it was not possible to publish it: the record suddenly disappeared, and the notorious “producer” Arthur disappeared with it.
This turn of events did not upset Pasha at all. He just became convinced that music is really his strong point and that he shouldn’t set the development of a marketing career as an end in itself when he has a direct path to a solo musical career.
Takeoff after failure
The year 2009 was marked by the release of the first album by this artist called PuFFnaughty. The album was released on the BEATWORKS record label. About 17 different tracks were included in it in total, some of them, by the way, were recorded with the following performers: Alexey Goman, Alexander Panayotov and Maria Zaitseva.
Tahir Mamedov, a popular resident of the famous Comedy Club show, also appeared in the album. In addition to Mamedov, Alexander Nezlobin left another imprint on Kravets’ biography. Tahir, remarkably, subsequently filmed the lion’s share of Pasha’s videos. Kravets’s first album was remembered at least for the fact that the song called “It didn’t suck, but it was given!” became one of the soundtracks for the domestic film “8 First Dates”.
2011 was the year of the release of the second album by rapper Kravets, whose biography began to resemble the typical rise of a rising star. The album was called “Set of Associations”. It also includes seventeen tracks, many of which were created through collaborations with various artists. Among them were those who were familiar to his fans after the release of his first album (Panayotov, Mamedov), and those who had previously performed on the underground scene - 5 Plyukh and Zaki Bok. The songs of this album “Endorphin”, “Close”, “Sea” became very popular, for which videos were later shot that broke the record for the number of views among the YouTube hip-hop audience.
Surprisingly, it did not take Pasha many years to charm Moscow audiences. Since the release of two albums, the young guy has firmly taken the position of a successful rap artist in Russia.
2012 – recording of the third album under the loud title “Boomerang”. It, among other things, included the song “Zero”, which was recorded by the performer himself to the accompaniment of his own guitar. This composition gained considerable popularity subsequently.
Music
At first, Pavel Kravtsov intended to perform in a group. Together with MC Check and Leo, he created his own team called “Swing” and hired a certain Arthur as a producer. The guys recorded enough material for the first album, but it was never released: the record disappeared somewhere along with producer Arthur.

In 2009, the first album in the artist’s creative biography was recorded: “Puff Naughty”. The album was released on the BEATWORKS record label. It included 17 tracks, some of which were recorded with performers Alexander Panayotov, Alexey Goman and Maria Zaitseva.

Later, the young people became neighbors in the area. In addition to the videos that Tair regularly shoots for Kravets, their collaboration also took place on the set of Mamedov’s comedy “Women against Men.” There, the musician got a cameo role as a waiter.
Alexander Nezlobin also became a friend of the rapper from Comedy. The artist’s first album was also notable for the fact that the song “It didn’t suck, but it was given!” from this album became one of the soundtracks for the comedy film “8 First Dates”.

The first artist with whom Presnya Family began working was Zhenya Didur (Paramoldah).
Kravets feat Guf – “No conflict”
Kravets writes bold texts in which he ridicules social stereotypes. However, despite the fact that the guy in the tracks is trying to teach people about life, many note the lack of pathos in his lyrics.
In 2014, the rapper recorded his fourth album, “Fresh Relaxation,” which included the popular songs “No Conflict,” “Immersed in Me,” “The World of Banal Truths,” “And I Am to Her,” and others. The album is notable for its large number of collaborations with other musicians. Thus, Ivan Dorn, Alexander Panayotov, Guf, Khamil from the group “Casta”, Andrey Averin, Slovetsky from the group “Constant” and others took part in the recording of the album.

2015 – release of the fifth album, which was called “Bad Romantic”. Thus, the song “Don’t Know Them”, which Kravets recorded with the group “Caspian Cargo”, distinguished itself; the song “Elusive”, recorded in, which was created together with Sasha Panayotov.
