A competent specialist will always tell you how to reduce the cost of floristry: select more affordable flowers, include more greenery in the composition.
3. Make the decor yourself.

But this is NOT what you need to do:
1. Go for cheap materials.
These are balls, fabric and paper. Unfortunately, in our country only a few people know how to work with cheap materials so that it turns out BEAUTIFUL. You can be inspired as much as you like by wonderful examples of paper and balloon design from foreign practice. But it will be very difficult to find someone who will do anything similar here.
