Biography of Vladimir Tashlykov
The actor was born on September 4, 1956 in the city of Omsk.
In his childhood, he did not dream of becoming an artist. He was fascinated by music, especially playing the guitar. I didn't stand out much at school.
After school, he served in the army, in the missile forces. The service took place in East Germany. The army authorities paid attention to the musical talent of Vladimir Tashlykov and assigned him to the army vocal and instrumental ensemble. After the required two years of service, Vladimir returned to Omsk.
In 1977, the Tyumen Drama Theater came to their city and announced enrollment in acting courses. Vladimir decides to try his luck, and he succeeds. He enters and successfully graduates from the Tyumen Theater School.
In 1981, Tashlykov went to St. Petersburg on a visit, and at the same time visited the Lensovet Theater. The management liked him and he was accepted into the troupe.
In 1982, the chief director of the Noginsk Theater, Evgenia Kemarskaya, came to St. Petersburg. She was staging the play “Memory” and drew attention to an actor who was incorrectly involved in this theater.
With her light hand, Vladimir Tashlykov ends up in the Moscow Regional Drama Theater in the city of Noginsk, where he still serves. Already working on the theater stage, the actor graduated from GITIS in 1990, course D.G. Livneva.
Working in the theater brings him satisfaction and incomparable pleasure.
“Trace” by Vladimir Tashlykov: the darling of fate, an actor who plays both a homeless person and a major well
Vladimir Tashlykov is a talented theater and film actor, has a wonderful voice and vocal abilities, so he also works as an announcer. This is an actor who plays both the homeless and the major well. Most viewers fell in love with him as Major Nikolai Kruglov in the now cult TV series “Trace.” But for Vladimir himself, theater has always been and remains a priority. This article is about this darling of fate, his career.
Vladimir Tashlykov
Vladimir was born in the city of Omsk. He didn’t dream of an acting career; he was fascinated by music. From an early age, he learned to play the guitar and also constantly participated in school amateur performances. That’s when the spirit was born in him, which would later lead him to the acting path. True, he has not abandoned his passion for music; he still loves to play the guitar.
After graduating from school, he served in the missile forces, where no one was accepted.
Upon returning from the army, he, like many young people, was faced with the question of his future fate. The path of the darling of fate showed itself here for the first time:
“Just at that time, the Tyumen Theater came to Omsk on tour, and recruitment was announced. And I thought: let me try. I came, read something, sang, when asked what I would like, I answered: “Enroll”... And I did. This was the beginning of a chain of some accidents that were important in my life. If this had not happened then, I probably would not have gone to try a second time and would have done something else,” said Vladimir Tashlykov himself.
After that, luck smiled at him again - during a trip to St. Petersburg, he decided to combine business with pleasure and came to audition for the theater. Lensovet. He was lucky again - having called from his shift, he was answered at the other end of the phone by the director of the theater himself, who had only arrived that day for a couple of hours due to illness. After the audition, Vladimir was invited to join the troupe.
But for many years now he has been serving at the Moscow Regional Drama and Comedy Theater in Noginsk. Again, he got into it by a stroke of fate - the troupe of the Noginsk Theater came to the Leningrad City Council with the play “Memory”. Such great actors as Alisa Freindlich and Mikhail Boyarsky were involved in it. Vladimir Tashlykov, coming to the premiere, met the main director of the theater, Evgenia Kemarskaya, and she offered him a job in her theater.
Vladimir very quickly joined the troupe and has not betrayed his native theater since then. During our work, of course, humorous incidents also happened; Vladimir himself spoke about one of these:
“There was a grille on the stage, it was like a corner of the house, light, decorations... And then they called the attendant (we had an attendant at the theater, a very nice woman), and suddenly she came on stage during the performance, approached this grille during the performance and says: “Slava Potryasov, call me!” From behind the scenes: “Get out of there immediately, are you saying there’s a performance going on!” And she: “I’m quietly, quietly.” How quiet?! The whole room can see her.”
Vladimir refused to act in films for a very long time; his first film roles came in the new millennium. One of his first roles was in the film Stairway to Heaven.
In the image of the homeless man Dim Dimych and Major Nikolai Kruglov from the series “Trace”
Vladimir Tashlykov is an actor who plays both a homeless person and a major equally well. He played the homeless man Dim Dimych in the films “Web” and “Web-2”. But of course, the role of Major Nikolai Kruglov in the TV series “Trace” brought him fame and audience love. His character is one of the key characters, and his performance is so believable that many wondered if he had ties to law enforcement in the past. And his love for his boss Galina Rogozina, played by Olga Koposova, gave a lot of reasons for their relationship in real life.
But in ordinary life, Vladimir Tashlykov is an example of a decent family man. Unfortunately, practically nothing is known about his personal life; he also never gave reasons for gossip.
In general, all that remains is to wish further success to this Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and let him become a People's Artist, Vladimir Tashlykov deserves it!

Vladimir Tashlykov: “The recipe for the longevity of the TV series “Sled” is conservatism”
The Izvestia correspondent met with theater and film actor Vladimir Tashlykov on the set of the 10th season of the series “Sled.” In the popular project of Channel Five, the artist plays the role of deputy head of the FES Nikolai Kruglov.
— Vladimir, please tell us about the new, 10th season, which you are currently working on.
— Our project is not divided into seasons, since we shoot continuously, but this is actually the 10th year in time. We have our own audience, our own viewer who is loyal to us. And many of the spectators have been with us from the very beginning.
I asked myself the question: why does this or that project, having existed for some time on the air and even becoming long-lived, suddenly cease to exist? Sometimes stories become less rich and interesting, characters change their behavior, even the genre of the series changes. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Perhaps the conservatism inherent in the Trace series was partly the recipe for its longevity.
— So, nothing new will happen in the lives of FES employees?
— Of course, I won’t reveal all the secrets. Our writers and directors always come up with something interesting. We are going our own way, our project has its own niche and its own style. We see that some are trying to imitate us. But there is no jealousy on our part, but there is a feeling of movement in the right direction. We hope that the 10th year will be proof of this.
—Aren’t you tired of starring in the same role in the same project for so many years?
“If it depressed me, I wouldn’t do it.” Of course, you can get hung up on one image and remain Major Kruglov forever. But I'm not afraid of it. As a theater actor, I know that this is all an illusion.
— Your fans think that you would make a good Doctor Watson. And I agree with them - your type.
- This is far from an ordinary character, and if they compare him with him, I am very pleased. I will not dissuade the audience.
— Perhaps, after the epic with the series “Trace”, new roles will come to you.
- You know, we never think ahead. As long as our eyes burn, I think “Trace” will exist. Further - time will tell. It is impossible to plan and program success, and it is not necessary. None of us knew that “Trace” would become a long-lived project. During the filming of the pilot episode, we were told that we were now a single team and were going on a big voyage - we were concluding a contract for 120 episodes. We rolled up our sleeves and went to work.
— On the forums they write: “For some reason, Kruglova hasn’t been on the air for two episodes already, I’m worried.” Do you like this kind of attention?
- It's nice. We work for the audience, after all. I remember the incident when we were filming with Pasha Shuvaev (Major Maisky - Izvestia) next to the tram tracks. The tram stops, the driver gets out and says: “Guys, can I take a photo with you?” We told her: “You have a carload full of people!” To which she replied, “Nothing, the photo is more important.” It's funny and touching, such cases give strength and desire to work further.
— Does your character Kruglov also not change over time?
“He changed at the very beginning, when he came to the FES from completely different structures, where they acted by different methods. Advanced technology naturally influenced my character. Why, I myself tried to change his character. Although some old methods and “tricks” that shaped Kruglov as a person sometimes break through and take their toll. But what the writers come up with is interesting not only to the audience, but even to me.
— I would like to understand the relationship between Kruglov and Rogozina. Did they have an affair?
— When we just started the project, we had to film an episode in which the relationship between these characters was revealed. There was supposed to be a restaurant, flowers... But something didn’t work out: the series was initially postponed and subsequently completely forgotten about it. Life itself told me not to do this.
Probably, in such a serious service there should be no romances between managers. Although the scriptwriters manage to come up with some kind of intrigue every now and then, and fans are again wondering whether Kruglov and Rogozina will have an affair. In my opinion, reticence and understatement are always more interesting than specifics.
— You are also a theater actor...
— Due to filming, I had a very long break. But at some point I realized that I would like to play something new and interesting. And then a director appeared with whom I wanted to work - Valery Yakunin. We are staging a play by the American playwright Jerome Chodorov, “A Community of Two,” and we will probably call it “Love on a Staircase.” The premiere is scheduled for November.
— This year is an anniversary for you. Do you highlight any major events along the path you have traveled?
- I highlight. To move forward, you need to analyze the mistakes you have made. And constantly learn. As soon as you decide that you have already learned everything, you will cross out your profession. Time flies quickly, you don’t even have time to look back. Now I’m offended that I left some things to chance...
