It was at that moment that my husband and I founded the Rybakov Foundation, which also deals with issues of modernizing education and solving social problems - something that is really interesting to me and in which I see meaning. Thus, the creation of the Fund became a solution to my employment problem. One of the Foundation’s projects, where I am an ideologist, is the PRO Women program, aimed at helping to discover and realize women’s potential in the modern world. This is close to me, because I myself was once faced with the question of what to devote myself to and how to return to an active social life after raising children.

Our Foundation does not give away money; we implement projects that change the social environment. An environment in which people have more opportunities to realize their potential. Every person has great potential in one area or another, but there are a number of restrictions in society that suppress it. Thus, many women in our country have problems with realization - they don’t know where to start, who to turn to for support, they believe that they lack money, knowledge, and communication. They cannot find like-minded women with whom they can discuss ideas and the possibilities of their implementation.

We encourage people to gather in groups, communities, where they can exchange experiences, connections, and motivate each other. Women come to the community who have an idea for their own project or already a business, and they want to promote it to the next level, but also those who only have a desire to change something in their lives come. We have developed a methodology for working in groups to achieve the best results, thanks to which each participant begins to look at the world more broadly, see new opportunities and, most importantly, feel the powerful support of other members of the PRO Women community.

Thanks to the online platform, the program is available to women anywhere in our country and beyond. Participants from different cities can communicate with each other, exchange knowledge and experience, and agree on joint projects. Today the program operates in 13 regions of Russia and employs more than 600 people.
