A greater percentage of choice in favor of Palaces is due only to the fact that they have a different operating schedule and work almost seven days a week, while the regional Civil Registry Offices are only four days a week and, therefore, the Palaces are able to hold a larger number of ceremonies, which does not theirs is automatically the best choice for one and all.
Not all ratings are equally useful
With all the abundance of ratings of registry offices of St. Petersburg on all kinds of sites, only a few can boast of objectivity and relevance, and this happens because it is completely unclear by whom, when and by what criteria this or that rating was compiled... Is it possible to trust nameless and expired ratings ?
Simple logic here suggests that the most complete, up-to-date and honest rating of the registry offices of St. Petersburg will be given to those who visit them most often, and this, quite rightly, is private and independent photographers and videographers with extensive experience and reputation. Such specialists monitor the relevance and objectivity of the information posted on their own websites, and will not waste money on “inflated and empty ratings.”
No one else - neither wedding dress ateliers, nor beauty masters, nor car companies, nor banquet halls, nor those who have been there... twenty years ago, your friends simply cannot have complete and up-to-date information about each registry office and the information they offer must be treated with great care a bit of skepticism - because, at best, it will turn out to be copied a long time ago from a dubious source, and at worst, it will have little in common with reality.
