What is definitely not worth saving on?

So that the memory of a wonderful wedding day is not overshadowed by negative moments, it is advisable to know in advance what you should not skimp on when preparing for the wedding:

1. Photographers Service. Only a professional can capture the best shots and capture moments of joy for a lifetime, so a good photographer cannot be cheap.

Tasks for a wedding planner

So, initially the terms of reference for holding a wedding day were as follows:

• Consider the transfer of the newlyweds and guests from the moment of departure to the registry office to the restaurant where the banquet was planned

How much does a budget wedding in Moscow cost? The final price varies depending on the location of the celebration, the number of guests, the theme of the holiday and much more. On average, for a celebration of 30-50 people you will have to spend at least 150,000 rubles. A traditional wedding package will cost 500-800 euros, which includes the following: paperwork, legalization of the marriage certificate, preparation of the bride's dresses and bouquet, decoration of the ceremony venue, music, champagne and light snacks, romantic dinner, bridal suite.

A celebration in Armenia costs on average 160,000 rubles. A standard wedding package of services includes the work of a wedding coordinator, development of the concept and style of the holiday, video and photography, host services, music, event floristry, creation of the bride’s image, and wedding cake. The cost of the banquet will be about 10,000 rubles per person.

My ideas for a budget wedding in St. Petersburg

I proposed and implemented the following:

• A luxury Mercedes car was ordered for Lisa and Vlad, as the groom wanted. For the most important guests - relatives on both sides, we ordered Luxury Mercedes, for friends and relatives - Mercedes Sprinter
• Lisa wanted to see lilac, cold pink and white colors in her wedding bouquet and table decoration, at the same time, February is a harbinger of spring and I collected Liza’s bouquet of freesia, white spray rose and beautiful double lisianthus of a beautiful pink color with a cream tone. The same flowers were present in the compositions on the wedding table
• The guys officially became husband and wife at the registry office on the Promenade des Anglais, guests attended the ceremony, presented flowers, congratulated and took pictures with the guys
• After registration, guests were invited into their cars, and Lisa and Vlad left for their wedding photo shoot. We chose a greenhouse on Potemkinskaya Street as the location for the photo shoot. At this time, the guests enjoyed the buffet and informally communicated with the host
• Upon the arrival of the guys, we began the wedding banquet. Since a small number of guests were present at the wedding, a family celebration was chosen as the format of the event. At the same time, the guests practically did not know each other. Lisa, Vlad, and I made the only right decision: nothing brings people together like joint dancing with partner and partner transitions, and Irish dancing perfectly sets this format. All the guests got to know each other well in the Irish dance master classes. It was fun and exciting
• The wonderful host, who together with the guests acted out humorous skits on romantic themes, certainly made his contribution to the unification of people invited to the wedding.

The evening was bright, emotional and on the same wavelength for everyone present, which I am very happy about. • On the host of the holiday: a reasonable balance between the active part of the celebration (dancing, competitions) and the feast, good jokes, the general culture of the artist, tastefully selected music - this is what you are guaranteed to get by inviting a talented host

When calculating your wedding budget, be sure to add about a third of the resulting amount beyond what you plan: unforeseen expenses are a common thing for large and expensive events.
