At the same time, she does not go on exhausting diets or torture her body with extreme physical activity. According to the actress, her personal secret to an ideal figure is simple - she gave up foods that negatively affect the body. You can determine the list of prohibited foods by taking a blood test.

When it comes to skin care, the celebrity prefers natural products and cosmetics from pharmacy companies. To maintain elasticity and tone, the star uses her own homemade cream, adding an equal part of olive oil to the body milk.
This recipe becomes an indispensable helper for her during the cold season. It protects the skin from dryness and irritation, providing natural hydration and nutrition.
Svetlana Ivanova: “Abroad, a normal woman goes to a clothing store, and I go to a pharmacy”
—What does female beauty mean to you?
- In harmony. Because sometimes a woman does not meet some standards of beauty, but you cannot take your eyes off her. Even I, as a woman, say this. There are stunningly beautiful women, and you cannot articulate what is beautiful about her. She simply skillfully conveys the internal through the external, doing it beautifully and unobtrusively. This is expressed in everything - in the way she puts on makeup, dresses, and speaks. This is probably called harmony. A combination of internal and external. There is a saying that if a woman is not beautiful by the age of forty, then she is a fool. I understand this phrase very much, I feel it very much. Among my friends there are many women who are older than me. And I just see that everyone who is smart is a fantastic beauty.
- You are in great shape. Is it genetics or your daily work?
“It’s not all genetics anymore. Full genetics was about thirty years old. I just thoughtlessly used what my parents and nature gave me. But I can’t say that after thirty I started to get better, that wasn’t the case. I just realized that it’s more important to pay attention to physical activity. After all, I will only get older, the law of gravity has not been canceled, and my metabolism is slowing down. That's why I try to play sports. But I am not a very sporty person by nature. Just running for the sake of running is boring for me. So I spent a lot of time finding a good trainer, with whom I have been doing Pilates for several years. Unexpectedly, this became very interesting to me. The coach's charm means a lot. My coach managed to include me in the process and get me interested in it. And I feel that this load suits me. I also respect yoga, but I like Pilates more. Something inexplicable. More fun, maybe? Yoga has more meditation and calmness, and Pilates has a little more drive. Based on my temperament, this is closer.
— Tell us, what is your daily beauty ritual?
- My usual care is both in the morning and in the evening - washing, toning, moisturizing. In principle, if these three rules are regularly observed, such care is quite sufficient. Of course, if the funds are chosen correctly. If they do not cause allergies. If you remember to use them. Unless you periodically fall asleep in makeup, which I was guilty of in my youth (then I realized that it’s all visible on the face). If I go to work, I don’t wear makeup myself. If there’s a day coming up for myself, my family, then it’s a light tone, a little blush, a little mascara. If I understand that in the evening we will go to the cinema, or with friends to a restaurant, or to the theater, then I can emphasize the eyes a little more clearly. Or sometimes just bright lipstick is enough. There are things that have already been found. For example, the Flawless Tone face foundation easily adapts to my skin tone and texture, and my face looks very natural. Avon True “Nutrition and Length” mascara has been with me for a year now. She takes good care of her eyelashes, but doesn't make them look like dolls. I really don't like it when the face is drawn. They say that the most difficult makeup is when a girl with makeup looks as if she has no makeup. And it just seems as easy as shelling pears. This is the kind of makeup I like.

— Is there a difference between professional cosmetics, which are sold for make-up artists, and cosmetics that an ordinary woman can use?
— If a woman gets her hands on professional cosmetics and starts applying makeup herself, as a rule, the woman will be covered in spots. I checked this on myself. Even seeing how a professional makeup artist works with this cosmetic, if you have not studied it, it is impossible to apply it correctly. These are different textures. They are very highly pigmented and require special application techniques that the average woman does not have. I, an artist, don’t even own them in everyday life. Therefore, I am closer to something that I can use and not spoil myself. For example, I know how Avon shadows fall. They won't be a stain.
— Do you use any home recipes?
- Honestly, no. I don't believe in them. In addition, I have allergy-prone skin. Therefore, all these experiments - smearing yourself with egg, rubbing in cognac - why is all this necessary? After all, there are people who mixed all this in a separate jar. There are professionals who do this specifically. The only thing is that I once got terribly sunburned in the Crimea and used sour cream. The old fashioned way. It helped.
— How do you take care of your hair?
— Quickly, I’ll call it that. I have such a rhythm of life, such a job that I always need to look good, but I don’t have much time for it. It’s difficult to imagine me walking around at home for an hour with some kind of mask on my head or going to the salon to get a nourishing hair treatment done. This happens, but only once or twice a year. As a rule, my regular maintenance is very quick. In order for it to be effective, I can simply replace the hair conditioner with a mask. This speeds up the process, but also makes it more efficient. Of course, everything depends on the selection of funds. Through trial and error, I have already found some things that work. In which, if it is written that it nourishes, it means it nourishes. It is written, it restores, which means it restores. And I try not to dye my hair, because it gets terribly damaged at work. When it seems to me that I haven’t sunburnt enough, and I fade pretty well, I can do highlights every two years.
— What is the optimal hair length for you?
— I really like long hair. It's not very convenient, but I like it. I had waist-length hair. They are an industry unexpected for me. This length is not the most comfortable for me from the point of view of life and work, because make-up artists hate working with them, and in real life it is completely inconvenient, but visually I really like it when a girl has long hair.
— What procedures do you prefer to have done by cosmetologists and are there certain taboos?
- I'm afraid of everything related to injections. Apparently, this comes from somewhere from childhood: an injection is something scary. I don’t see anything wrong with “beauty injections”. The main thing is that the cosmetologist is good. These are not necessarily any fillers. There are all kinds of vitamins. But it’s still alarming, it seems to me that it hurts. And I have not yet found a cosmetologist whom I trusted so much that he could persuade me to do this. Everything related to tattooing is taboo for me. I can’t afford it, I work as an artist. Sometimes I need a “washed”, so to speak, unpainted face. From childhood, I have memories of the bluish eyebrows that women periodically walk around with. This is somehow very intimidating. And so I try to go to a cosmetologist. I really like everything related to hardware cosmetology - ultrasonic cleaning (one of the coolest procedures), microcurrent massage, which removes puffiness and brings the skin into good tone. I dream of finding a cosmetologist who would do a good manual massage. So far I haven't had success with this. But I don’t despair. I think I have a little more time.

— Do you believe more in advertising or word of mouth?
— Perhaps, I believe more in word of mouth: my friends, the professionals with whom I work - make-up artists, makeup artists whom I trust. But I always pay attention to advertising. I'm one of those people who, when I see something, remember it. I often take pictures of what I like, even write it down. And then I try to be sure to clarify. Has anyone used this? I am curious. And I always respond to advertising.
— Is this external street advertising or television or print media?
- Probably all together. Nowadays they make such beautiful commercials, especially for cosmetics. They stopped being just advertisements, but became full-fledged and very cool short films. I pay attention to this. Now I'm off to study English. And this school has such a cool advertisement, you can only sign up for courses after it.
— How are you consuming vitamins?
— I respect vitamins. Of course, healthy eating is right, I try to eat right, including in terms of vitamins and fiber. But in order to get enough fiber, you need to eat a truckload of carrots, and I can't eat a truckload of carrots. But we need to help the body, especially since we live in a country where there is almost no sun and where it’s cold for nine months. That's why I trust vitamins, but those chosen by my doctor. And, as a rule, not purchased in Moscow. For example, abroad, where any normal woman goes to buy clothes for herself, and I go to the pharmacy. I will definitely look for something there for myself, my child, and my husband.
— Now you are the ambassador of the Avon True brand. How did your collaboration begin?
— I have a long history with this company. It so happened that Avon was the first “adult” cosmetics that I bought for myself with my own money, when I was still a student. First, when I received a scholarship, then my first earned money for filming. I just remember that I had some lip glosses, something else, cosmetic bags. And I really like the way it all came together. If you had then told the girl who bought these lipsticks that she would become the face of the brand of this company, she would not have believed it. A good story for a movie about Cinderella or the American dream. It so happened that at some point the Avon company itself found me, we began to communicate, talk, and here I am. (Laughs.)
— As the face of the brand, are you responsible for the quality of the product?
- Of course, I answer. I can't just give advice without knowing what it is. It wouldn't be fair. Well, that wouldn't be interesting to me. For example, I would never be able to be the face of something that is not close to me. I am periodically asked to say something nice about alcohol or cigarettes. But I'm not interested, so I'm silent.
— After the start of your collaboration, did you develop new preferences, for example, did you start wearing brighter makeup?
— In general, compared to how I wore makeup in my youth, I began to wear makeup much less. It seems to me that this happens to all women. When you become more confident in yourself, you no longer need any such protective coloring. You don't need to attract attention to yourself on purpose. You just learn to present yourself. And for this you need not so much cosmetics, and not so bright. And since I also work as an artist, I have enough bright makeup at work. Therefore, in life it is usually more calm. But at the same time I am curious. Everywhere - on movie sets, at some photo shoots - I always spy on makeup artists, what they do, how, and what new textures they use. Suddenly I see that new colors suit me, but I would never have guessed it. On one of the shoots for Avon, I tried a bright lipstick, which at first did not evoke any pleasant emotions in me, until I saw that it suited me terribly. If we talk about Avon cosmetics, since we are friends, I am one of the first in Moscow, if not in Russia, to try all the new products that appear. Therefore, if I suddenly start recommending something on my Instagram, it’s because I had already tried it on myself by the time the product went on general sale.
— Do you generally like to experiment with your appearance??
- Not good. I need to be persuaded, convinced. I want to be myself. Even, for example, in films, when they ask me if I can paint myself black for a role, I always want to ask: why do they need me then? It won't be me. It will be impossible to recognize me. It’s incredibly interesting to change, invent, fantasize together with the make-up artist. But when the question is initially posed bluntly - can you go bald, I don’t understand this. I think I have already found myself. All those moments when I wanted to cut my hair and dye my hair, cut off my bangs and put in contact lenses, they were there, but they faded away until I was twenty-five. And once you have found a comfortable and harmonious image for yourself, you have no desire to do anything with yourself. Perhaps only for work. And for some cosmically interesting one.
