Yegor and Dasha witnessed violent quarrels between their parents, which began “somehow suddenly and never stopped.” In the mid-2000s, Mikhail received the role of Hamlet in the capital's theater, moved to Moscow, and soon divorced his wife. In one of the nightclubs, Trukhin met the young actress Anna Nestertsova, who became his second wife and in 2008 gave birth to Trukhin’s daughter Sofia. The children from the previous marriage remained to live with their mother, but Mikhail tried to continue to occupy an important place in their lives.

Student years
After graduating from school, Mikhail Trukhin and his friend Dima Barkov decided to enter the Institute of Culture.
Their choice fell on the directing department. However, the friends failed the entrance exams. But Mikhail was lucky. He joined the supporting cast of the Alexandria Theater. For a young guy without a higher education, this was considered a great honor and success. In the play "Leaders" Misha was part of the crowd. Small roles in productions soon followed. Trukhin understood: he needed to learn the basics of the profession. Otherwise, the main roles will not be seen. To do this, the guy signed up for Igor Gorbachev’s studio, opened at the Alexandria Theater. The experience gained at this institution allowed Trukhin to enter LGITMIK. He was enrolled in the course of Veniamin Filshtinsky. It was a real success.
Actor career
Yegor Trukhin was lucky enough to star in a movie for the first time at the age of 5 - his father brought his son to the set of “Streets of Broken Lanterns.” The boy played a small role in one of the episodes of season 4, meeting such famous artists as Yuri Kuznetsov, Alexei Nilov, Alexander Polovtsev and Sergei Selin.

Five years later, Yegor appeared in one of the episodes of the detective series “Opera. Chronicles of the Homicide Department,” in which he worked with actors he already knew from “Street of Broken Lanterns” - except for his father, who conquered the capital in those years.
When Egor was 16, on the Mir TV channel, several years after its creation, the dramatic series “Live First” was released, based on the book by Ekaterina Matveeva, who went through Stalin’s camps. In the series, Trukhin got a very small role, but this project was extremely important and interesting for the teenager.

Yegor’s first “adult” role took place in the detective series “Hunting the Devil” with Sergei Bezrukov in the title role. The action takes place in the late 1930s around a director named Max Livius, who is filming a horror film about a mummy in Helsinki and at the same time trying to unravel the mystery hidden in the old boarded-up mansion next door. The series premiered on March 13, 2021 on the NTV channel.

Trukhin experienced real interest in his person after the release of the series “Secretary” - a detective story about an employee of the Investigative Committee Ekaterina Morozova (Ksenia Lavrova-Glinka), her adult son Oleg (Ilya Korobko) and the new boss from the capital Vasily Gromik (Mikhail Trukhin), part-time the father of her only child. Egor’s hero, Stas Mirsky, the son of the “enemy of the committee,” is not the main character, but it is around him that the main plot line of the story unfolds.

10 years before serious work in the troupe of the Theater of Youth Creativity, the actor, at the encouragement of his famous father, decided to try his hand at cinema. The role of Major Volkov’s son in “Streets of Broken Lanterns - 4” demonstrated that the young man had been ready for filming for a long time.
Then the family appeared together in the new crime series “Opera 3. Chronicles of the Homicide Department” in episode 8 called “Blackmail.” Egor liked standing in front of the cameras and following the directors’ instructions, but the main thing was that the young man “caught courage” at that moment.
The teenage filmography ended with the television project “Live First,” which told about the difficult life in the Gulag concentration camp. Then Trukhin graduated from college and starred in the drama “Hunting the Devil,” where Maria Lugovaya and Sergei Bezrukov played the leading roles.
