  • possibility of on-site registration in places of historical monuments;
  • location in the historical center of the capital;
  • unusual room design;
  • Various services are provided for a fee under the contract;
  • about 20 restaurants nearby.

Among the disadvantages are the small capacity of the premises and the lack of parking.

Design and photo

In the possession of the Frunzensky registry office there is a spacious hall, newlyweds’ apartments, a winter garden and a reception hall. The apartments of the bride and groom, although small, are comfortably furnished and fully serve their purpose.

The design of the registry office of the Frunzensky district is dominated by light shades. Thanks to them, the already spacious premises of the government agency visually become even more spacious.

The hall is made in white and beige shades. It is quite well furnished. There are soft decorative sofas, tables, a carpet, large chandeliers, and in the back of the hall there is a black piano.

The ceremony hall is decorated in peach and white colors. The interior of the hall is European. It is designed for approximately 30 seats, but since it is quite spacious, you can invite standing guests to the wedding ceremony. There is a carpet in the center of the hall. The lighting in the ceremony room is provided by many lamps and a large crystal chandelier. In the back there is a table for the master of ceremonies and a table for the newlyweds, at which the newlyweds seal the marriage bond with a signature in the registration book.

Interior

The halls for festive events and halls are reminiscent of Russian estates of the 19th century. Light colors predominate: pink, greenish, blue. Mirrors with luxurious frames, delicate draped curtains, antique paintings, and living plants complement the atmosphere. Visitors can relax in soft armchairs.

The highlight was one of the formal halls: on a podium with columns forming a gazebo, there was a registration table. The ceremonies are illuminated by stylized antique lanterns. Tall window-like mirrors enlarge the space and make the room brighter.

Frunzensky Civil Registry Office

History of the registry office

For the first time, the registry office of the Frunzensky district opened its doors back in 1936 and was located on the Fontanka embankment.
At the beginning of 2000, local government authorities decided to move the registry office to a more spacious place suitable for such significant celebrations - Slavy Ave. The area of the room is 950 square meters, made in the same design style, which gives a special touch to every minute spent here. Despite the fact that the Frunzensky district has good transport links, getting to the registry office is quite difficult. The building of the wedding palace is located at an equal distance from the Kupchino and Lomonosovskaya metro stations. There are a number of minibuses running along Slavy Avenue: NoK11, K27, K29, K388, K49. If you decide to get to the registry office by public transport, then keep in mind that traffic jams on this section of the road are a common occurrence, and accordingly, plan your time wisely. There are parking spaces near the registry office where the bride and groom, as well as their guests, can park the wedding procession. The only caveat is that residents of nearby houses periodically leave their cars in this parking lot.

Interior

All rooms of the wedding palace are made in the same color scheme - soft beige. The registry office has a large hall for ceremonies (so spacious that up to 250 people can easily fit there), a room for the bride and groom, a huge hall and a winter garden. Surprisingly, the Frunzensky registry office does not have a grand staircase, which for many years has been considered a must-have place for photography. The exterior of the premises does not inspire much aesthetic inspiration: a standard one-story regional building, not distinguished by a complex architectural design. The spacious hall is created not only so that guests can calmly wait for the hour of the event, but also serves as a bright photo zone. The hall has a grand piano, retro-style furniture and large mirrors, which allow you to create dozens of beautiful photographs. Despite the fact that the winter garden is not landscaped according to the latest fashion, its presence brings special notes of romanticism and lightness to the room.

On a note!

The clear advantage of the registry office is its interior decoration, spacious premises and modern design. Responsible employees will make your holiday even more touching and sincere. There are several negative aspects: a rather stingy appearance that does not inspire any confidence, the absence of a full-time photographer and constant traffic jams at the entrance to the wedding palace.

A stylish reboot. The registry office of the Frunzensky district received its first visitors in the updated interior

After the Christmas holidays, the registry office of the Frunzensky district administration received its first visitors in the renovated interior, a correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

The phased renovation here lasted about a year, and this is not the end yet. The newlyweds and their guests can evaluate the results of the transformation now.

- Like in a palace! — some visitors to the registry office do not hide their emotions while waiting for the marriage registration ceremony. Among them is Anna, who was here for a friend’s painting in September, and is now “marrying” her brother. – Everything looks very beautiful and solemn, as if in a real wedding palace. I knew about the renovation, but did not expect such an amazing result.

Marble tiles, Venetian plaster, chic chandeliers and sconces, cozy stylish furniture... The holiday mood is guaranteed!

In the summer, renovations began in the large hall of the ritual part. It was then separated from the small hall by a protective film, but the institution continued to operate as usual. There were no complaints from visitors: perfect order was maintained everywhere, and no one saw or heard the repairs in the administrative part. The fact is that the workers used noisy tools only on Monday - one of the days off for the registry office. This cannot be done on Sunday, because the institution is located in a residential building. On Friday and Saturday, when the ceremonies take place in the ceremonial hall, the craftsmen were not visible at all; on other days they performed “quiet” work.

By January, the small hall located at the main entrance also acquired a new look.

This is what he looked like in August

Long before the start of this work, the rooms of the bride and groom were renovated, but during the period of renovation of the halls they did not function. Since January this has changed too.

On Friday from 9 to 10 am, as usual, the so-called “semi-ceremonial” registrations took place in the hall - with a short congratulatory speech and the exchange of rings. On January 8, by the way, 8 couples got married in this way. Some of them came with a small number of guests, the rest were just two people.

One of the first couples to register their marriage in the new hall: Anton Valkevich and Maria Tochenova

Lately, registry office specialists say, this option is being chosen more and more often: some to reduce the waiting time for painting, others simply consider it a formality, others simply save money: non-ceremonial (painting in a specialist’s office) and “semi-solemn” marriage registrations are cheaper than traditional . By the way, how much the attitude of young people towards such ceremonies has changed can be judged by the outfits of the brides and grooms: many come in ordinary everyday clothes.

According to the head of the civil registry office of the Frunzensky district administration, Natalya Redkova, “semi-ceremonial” registrations are now planned to be carried out in a new, small-sized hall, which did not exist before.

The room was thoroughly renovated, giving it a style of solemnity, festivity and at the same time intimacy and restraint: Venetian plaster in calm tones, stylish curtains, elegant chandelier and sconces.

The large hall will still remain at the disposal of couples who are getting married in a solemn atmosphere. But when this hall closes for renovations, such registrations will also be temporarily held in the new one.

Here is what N. Redkova said about future prospects:

“This year it is planned to begin repairing the facades of the building in which our institution is located. We are talking about the facade both from the side of Pushkin Avenue and from the courtyard where the entrance to the administrative part is located. The next stage is to renovate the large ceremony hall and the hall of folk traditions, and after that, begin the renovation of the administrative part.
