Anastasia Orlova was born on January 27, 1981 in the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd region. In 1998, Anastasia Orlova graduated with a gold medal from secondary school No. 14 in Kyzyl, Republic of Tyva. In 2003, she graduated with honors from the Institute of Economics and Management of Khakass State University named after N.F. Katanova. Lived in Moscow, worked as an accountant and sales manager. In 2008, she and her family moved to Yaroslavl. Works as a manager in a trade and logistics company. Married, has two sons.

The first poem, “Frog Happiness,” was published in 1991 in the children’s magazine “Tram” (No. 1). Despite her early debut, she subsequently stopped writing, returning to creativity only in the early 2010s. She participated in the 7th and 8th Seminars of young writers writing for children (2010, 2011) and the 10th Forum of Young Writers of Russia in Lipki (2012), organized by the SEIP Foundation of S. A. Filatov. Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation (2011, 2012). Member of the Moscow Writers Union.

My dear mother ordered a new magazine “Tram” for me.
He was beautiful, bright, mysterious and somehow... different, unlike everything that had come before. I read it from cover to cover. I sent my poems there. And suddenly one of my poems appeared in a magazine. I was 9 years old, and it was such happiness! This is my first publication. The first book for children, “Apples and Heels” by Anastasia Orlova, was published in 2012 and was immediately awarded prizes. Anton Delvig and them. Since the mid-2010s. Anastasia Orlova began translating. Her translations included the books “Black and White” by the American writer and artist Dalov Ipkar, the book “Bay-bye, see you in the morning!” Cassandra Webb and the series of books for children “The World is Big, Big.”

Conducts writing workshops for children and adults. Poems by Anastasia Orlova were used in the creation of the play “Baby and the Cat” (Mayakovsky Theatre, 2015), and the charity play “VerseVarenye”, staged by Yulia Peresild (2016).

The biography of Anastasia Orlova, nee Rezchikova, began in the city of Saratov.
The girl’s mother was the champion of the Soviet Union in athletics, and Anastasia herself was fond of this sport in her youth. Advertising:
In an interview, the girl admitted that sports training helped her develop as a person. Thanks to the classes, the girl became independent and learned to achieve her goals. The efforts of the future TV presenter were rewarded with the title of Master of Sports in Athletics.

Initially, Anastasia taught at several universities, and later hosted news in Saratov, on the Rossiya channel. But in 2011, it was decided to move to Moscow, where the girl worked in cinema, promoting television and art projects. A little later, Orlova began hosting the evening newscasts “Reflection of the Week” and the final Sunday program of the ORT television channel.

While working as a TV presenter, Anastasia said more than once that emotions on air are not only acceptable, but also important. After all, viewers don’t want to see a robot in the frame; it’s more interesting to look at a living person, empathizing and thinking.

In the first half of 2021, the editorial staff of Channel One faced serious problems - 3 presenters left the air at once. Anastasia Tregubova gave birth to a child at the end of January 2021 and has not yet returned to work.
