Childhood and youth
Alexander was born in the Krasnodar region, in the town of Labinsk, and lived for 5 years in Mongolia, where his father worked as a builder. Then the family moved to Irkutsk. Bukharov had a street childhood. He spent days in the yard, fought regularly, and did poorly at school. To distract their son from the street, his parents sent him to sports. Sasha played football, boxed, worked out in the gym and became a candidate master in athletics.

After the 8th grade, together with a friend, Alexander was going to enroll as a tiler-mosaicist, but on the way he turned into a theater school and, as he himself said, he had nothing better to do and passed the exams. The mother received the news with joy, the father did not interfere, he thought that the guy’s passion for art would quickly pass.
The actor, who received a diploma with honors 4 years later, was invited to the Irkutsk Drama Theater, but Bukharov moved to Moscow, to VGIK. I made it on the last day of the reception and failed in literature - I couldn’t tell anything about Marina Tsvetaeva, I didn’t remember a single line of poetry. The course teacher, Evgeniy Kindinov, helped out by persuading the examiners to give Alexander a C grade. After graduation, the theater troupe headed by Armen Dzhigarkhanyan was already waiting for him.
Random arrival
And then I decided to try my hand. When there was an introductory audition, Alexander Bukharov for some reason became very shy and began to lisp as a result, turning a passage from a classical work into something absolutely humorous. The examiners were having fun like children.
And yet they came to the conclusion that the guy was losing his talent as a real comedian. They were accepted into the school with a friend. Very soon Sasha realized that he liked studying. He was especially delighted with classes in acting and stage combat. He graduated from Bukharov College with honors and a desire to study further.
Yesterday's student moved to Moscow and entered VGIK, after which he was invited to work at the Moscow Drama Theater under the direction of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.
Movies
In 2006, Bukharov was offered the main role in two projects at once - the detective story “Vaccine” and the adventure fantasy “Wolfhound of the Gray Dogs.” And if the first was a moderate success, the second instantly made the artist famous, so his participation in the sequel “Young Wolfhound” is quite natural.

Alexander had to fight, fight, dodge bullets and other types of weapons in the historical series “Servant of the Sovereigns”, the military drama “Gentlemen Officers: Save the Emperor”, the crime film “Crazy Angel”, the detective story “Number Forty-Third...”.
For the action movie “Mistress of the Taiga,” they specifically looked for a person familiar with Siberian forests. Bukharov tried to endow the character with personal traits so that he would not turn out “plastic”.
Deleted episode and first starring role
He also starred in the film “Star,” which was released on television in 2002. In this film he got the episodic role of intelligence officer Marchenko. But during editing, it was decided to delete the episode with his participation. Did not work out.
However, after some time he was invited to the filming of the film “Wolfhound”. And not for some episodic role, but for the most important one. The tests took a very long time. In addition, they were quite heavy. Moreover, the director did not give any answers. While waiting for a decision, Alexander refused to participate in the filming of another film.
Personal life
The actor met Elena Medvedeva, a graduate of the Moscow Art Theater School, in line at a store. After 2 months, the lovers registered their relationship. Soon their son Dmitry was born. Alexander and Elena tried to combine their professional and personal lives - they work in the same theater and sometimes appear on stage together in plays.

Sports youth helps Bukharov keep himself in shape (weight 75 kg, height 187 cm) and on set. In “Wolfhound,” despite a spinal injury, he tried to perform stunts without a stunt double; in “Doctor Tyrs,” he looked quite professional in the ring, and for the sake of his wife, he climbed the fire escape to the third floor to give flowers.
The childhood of the future famous actor
He grew up and was brought up in an ordinary average family. Alexander's mother worked as a nurse. Dad is a builder. He spent his childhood in the city of Irkutsk. And it’s worth noting that it was bright. Alexander Bukharov knows firsthand what the 90s carried. Viktor Tsoi, trips to basement rocking chairs, numerous wall-to-wall yard fights with elements such as knives and chains - all this was in his life. And what kind of education can we talk about with such a childhood? After he completed eighth grade, he decided to enter a vocational school with a specialty in tiling. And it was at this moment that an incident occurred, thanks to which Alexander Bukharov became a talented actor.
