What does Evgeny Mironov’s son look like, born from a surrogate mother?

What Mironov says about his personal life

In November 2021, Evgeniy celebrated his 53rd birthday. Throughout his adult life, Mironov worked in the theater, starred in films and TV series, which became popular immediately after airing. He starred in more than a hundred projects. However, Evgeniy is in no hurry to get married.

The actor's fans wonder why he still hasn't found a girl with whom he would be happy. Mironov once commented on this situation as follows: “I’m in no hurry to choose my soulmate. I am satisfied with fleeting relationships and intrigues. I work a lot, and therefore I don’t have time for my personal life.”

More recently it became known that the actor has a son. Is his name Petre. Evgeniy carefully hid this information from journalists, but the information was still leaked to the press.

Movies

Mironov’s cinematic biography, unlike the theatrical one, immediately went up. While still in his 3rd year, the student starred in Alexander Kaidanovsky’s film “The Kerosene Man’s Wife.” It was a supporting role. The film was highly praised by audiences and film critics; it received the Grand Prix at the Avoriaz Film Festival.

The artist is not distinguished by his impressive dimensions (height is 173 cm), but from the very beginning his filmography was dominated by images of the military. Evgeniy’s first works in cinema did not bring him popularity, but they were an excellent start to his career.

Success came after the release of Valery Todorovsky’s melodrama “Love”, in which the young Saratov resident got the main role. For his excellent work, Mironov received the prize for best actor from Kinotavr.

Evgeny Mironov in the TV series “Idiot”

And in 1992, Pyotr Todorovsky called the artist he liked into his drama “Anchor, more anchor!” The film rightfully entered the golden fund of Russian cinema. In it, the young actor starred with such masters as Valentin Gaft, Vladimir Ilyin, Sergei Nikonenko and Stanislav Govorukhin. Work in this film brought even greater fame to the actresses who became famous in the hit movie “Intergirl” - Irina Rozanova and Elena Yakovleva.

2 years later, the film “Limit” by Denis Evstigneev was released, in which Evgeniy appeared for the second time in tandem with Vladimir Mashkov. As the actor admitted then, he and Mashkov played themselves in their student years.

In 1995, viewers watched Vladimir Khotinenko’s drama “Muslim” with bated breath, in which Mironov played the main character. For a long time, this role was considered the best in the actor’s filmography.

It is noteworthy that after several star roles, Evgeniy did not refuse to appear in episodes. He already understood then that there are no small roles. This happened in Nikita Mikhalkov’s Oscar-winning drama “Burnt by the Sun.” Mironov got the admiring tank lieutenant, who appears on the screen for a few minutes. But the actor played so well that he received an award for best work in an episode at the Constellation festival.

Evgeniy Mironov and Sergei Astakhov
From the films that were released in the 90s, as one of the brightest about Sergei Gazarov. In the film adaptation of the immortal work of Nikolai Gogol, viewers saw a new interpretation of Khlestakov performed by the Saratov talent.

The 2000s became truly triumphant for Evgeniy. He brilliantly played the writer Leonid Gurov in Alexei Uchitel’s drama “The Diary of His Wife.” Success also accompanied the film about the war “In August 1944” by Mikhail Ptashuk, in which the artist played the role of a military counterintelligence captain, SMERSH. The Grand Prix of the Literature and Cinema festival in 2003 was awarded to Valery Fokin's film Metamorphosis, in which the actor appeared in the image of the legendary Gregor Samsa.

Fame, deafening and incredible, came to the artist after another film, released in the same 2003. This is Vladimir Bortko’s adaptation of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel “The Idiot”. The role of Prince Myshkin was played by Mironov in such a way that he rightfully began to be called the best actor in the country.

Evgeny Mironov in the series “Piranha Hunting”

The epithets “talented”, “brilliant”, “great” when applied to Mironov after this picture no longer sound forced or undeserved. The artist was showered with prestigious Russian awards and was recognized as the best in the Drama category at the Monte Carlo Film Festival.

In 2005, the actor’s creative biography was supplemented by the main role in Yegor Konchalovsky’s film “Escape.” Despite criticism and comparison of the Russian thriller with the American “The Fugitive,” viewers highly appreciated the performances of Mironov and Victoria Tolstoganova. The budget of $1.8 million was not spent on creating the action in vain - the film was nominated for an MTV-Russia film award in the “best fight” category. The film grossed $2.1 million at the box office.

Evgeniy received the main role in the high-profile project of Channel One - the series “Apostle” (2008). This drama was a scandalous “long-term construction”: it took 5 years to write the script, staff the cast and crew, and filming took place over 2 years. Director Gennady Sidorov, then Nikolai Lebedev, worked on the film, and the credits include Yuri Moroz, who became involved in the work at the final stage. Mironov himself prepared for filming for 3 months: he learned to jump with a parachute, shoot - he performed stunts without stunt doubles. The film received 3 nominations for the TEFI award.

Evgeny Mironov and Pavel Derevyanko in the film “The Time of the First”

In the spring of 2017, viewers saw Dmitry Kiselev’s dramatic series “Time of the First,” in which Evgeny played cosmonaut Alexei Leonov. In this project, the actor appeared in tandem with another star of Russian cinema - Konstantin Khabensky. A year later, for this work, Mironov received the Golden Eagle Award in the Best Actor category.

Director Vladimir Khotinenko admitted that in the role of the leader of the world proletariat in the thriller “Lenin. Inevitability" (2019) saw only my favorite actor Mironov. According to Fyodor Bondarchuk, who played the “merchant of the revolution” Alexander Parvus, “this is an incredibly strong political detective story, it’s just interesting to watch.” In this role, the artist abandoned plastic makeup, grew a beard, but had a fake belly.

In the fantasy film “Galaxy Goalkeeper” (2020) directed by Dzhanik Fayziev, Mironov played the role of the head coach of the planet’s space team. In addition to the artists, a whole team of professional stuntmen, special effects specialists and artists worked on the project. The budget of the film is estimated at 1 billion rubles, half of these funds were allocated by the state, but at the box office they managed to collect a little more than 100 million.

What is known about Mironov’s son?

The boy was named after his paternal grandfather. It is also known that Peter is now two years old. Last year, a close friend of the famous actor made a loud statement. He claims that Peter was born from a surrogate mother. These words shocked many of Eugene’s fans. After all, they still don’t know anything about his life partner. Perhaps there is none at all.

Journalists said that Evgeny Mironov has maintained friendly relations with Alla Pugacheva for several years. According to them, it was she who gave Evgeniy advice to resort to the services of a surrogate mother. She recommended that the actor go to a special clinic. Later it turned out that Alla Pugacheva herself contacted this clinic with a similar request. Thus, Harry and Lisa were born.

As mentioned above, Evgeny Mironov spends most of his time at work. He is raising his son alone. Therefore, the actor has to leave the child with a nanny, who happily agreed to help the star.

According to some information, a woman walking with Peter was repeatedly seen near Mironov’s house. Information has appeared on the Internet that Mironov often takes the baby with him to work in order to spend more time with his son. According to journalists, the theater has a specially equipped room for Petya, in which the child plays, eats and sleeps.

Theater

Mironov's theatrical career had a difficult start. For a long time he played a policeman in the “Tabakerka” production of “The Inspector General”. In his youth, the actor suffered from 2 serious illnesses: hepatitis was added to a stomach ulcer. And then Tabakov came to the artist’s aid. He helped the parents of the young talent move to the capital, found them a hostel and installed them in his theater, although they did not have registration.

Evgeniy finally got the main role in the production of “Pressed”. And although he could barely stand on his feet, the responsibility, the trust of the teacher and the feeling of gratitude to the teacher performed a miracle: Mironov played better and better.

Since then, his theatrical biography has only developed progressively. The actor was increasingly trusted with prominent characters. In 2003, Eimuntas Nekrosius's production of The Cherry Orchard was a success. The main role in it went to Mironov.

On the stage of “Tabakerka” the artist appeared in the plays “Ordinary History”, “The Bumbarash Passion” and many others, which theatergoers attended with pleasure.

In Sovremennik, Evgeniy played Ivan Karamazov in Vladimir Fokin’s production of “The Karamazovs and Hell.” And at the Anton Chekhov Moscow Art Theater he appeared in “The Seagull”, “Ondine”, “No. 13” and “The Golovlevs”. More than once the artist appeared on the stage of the Theater of the Moon.

Evgeny Mironov as Gorbachev and Chulpan Khamatova
In 2006, Mironov founded his own theater company. In the same year, he was entrusted with directing the State Theater of Nations. Here he played in the sensational play “Stories of Shukshin” by Alvis Hermanis, receiving the “Crystal Turandot” and the “Golden Mask” for his brilliant work.

In 2011, the Theater of Nations presented Russian and Italian theatergoers with the play “Caligula” by Nyakrosius with Mironov in the title role. And in the summer of 2015, viewers saw a new brilliant production of Pushkin’s Fairy Tales.

In the 2018/2019 theater season, the Theater of Nations presented new productions: the musical “Hipsters,” the play “The Snow Maiden,” the plays “Tartuffe” and “Uncle Vanya.”

In 2020, the premiere of the play “Gorbachev” by the Latvian director Alvis Hermanis took place, where Mironov played Mikhail Sergeevich, and the image of his wife was embodied by Chulpan Khamatova. The production about a living Russian politician, which in itself is a rarity in state theaters, is based on a documentary play by Hermanis. The first president of the USSR advised the team and even assessed the project before the premiere. For this role, Mironov received the Oleg Yankovsky Prize.

What does Mironov’s mother think?

Evgeny Mironov loves his mother very much and tries to fulfill her wishes. Tamara Petrovna has a cherished dream. She wants her son Zhenya to be a happy father and husband. And Mironov is doing everything possible to make his mother’s wish come true. The actor’s mother once said: “My son is a very responsible person. He can't find a woman he can trust. I regularly advised him on suitable candidates. But Zhenya immediately changed the topic of conversation. Later we still returned to it.

My son believes that he cannot make his family happy. And his endless work is to blame for everything. One day Zhenya told me that God created him to practice art. I just laughed at that.”

Despite his bachelor life, Yevgeny Mironov was often accused of having affairs with his theater colleagues. Once upon a time, actress Veronika Sadkovskaya gave an interesting interview. Further in her words: “Even at the institute, I taught Zhenya how to treat women, but he just couldn’t do it. We tried many different methods. Now it’s even funny to remember this... Then we behaved like little children who lacked human attention.”

Childhood and youth

Evgeny Mironov was born in November 1966 in Saratov. But he spent his childhood and teenage years in the small military town of Tatishchevo-5 in the same Saratov region, which today is called Svetly. Tatishchevo was a place remote from civilization and cultural life.

It is all the more surprising that the parents - Vitaly Sergeevich and Tamara Petrovna - managed to raise 2 children who today are not just at the epicenter of the cultural life of Russia - they themselves personify the culture of the fatherland. Daughter Oksana became a successful ballerina, and her son was first honored and then People's Artist of Russia.

It is noteworthy that the parents did not have a direct connection with art. My father turned the wheel all his life. Mom either worked as a salesperson or collected Christmas tree decorations at a factory. Nevertheless, they were creative people: they took part in amateur performances with pleasure, and companies regularly gathered at home, where songs and dances were the norm.

It is not surprising that Evgeniy did not want to be anything other than an artist. His mother took him to a music school, where he studied accordion. The guy wanted to play the piano, but he had to master an instrument he didn’t like. A real outlet for Mironov was amateur performances. The student took part in amateur performances and succeeded a lot. Therefore, at the age of 14, he went to study at the Saratov Theater School.

Evgeny Mironov in childhood
Sister Oksana soon left Saratov: from the choreographic school, for her considerable success, she was transferred to the Leningrad Ballet Academy. Later, after her graduation, Mironova was invited to the Academic Theater of Classical Ballet.

Evgeniy also did not stay long in Saratov. After graduating from college, he received an offer to work at the local Youth Theater, but politely declined it and went to Moscow. His idol and fellow countryman Oleg Tabakov worked there. The young artist dreamed of going to him at the Moscow Art Theater School. Unfortunately, in 1986 Oleg Pavlovich did not complete the course, but how could this become an obstacle for a purposeful young man. He waited for Tabakov near the school and made sure that they listened to him. After a 4-hour audition, the persistent applicant was enrolled in the 2nd year of the Studio School.

My student years were hungry, but happy. Quiet and calm Mironov lived in a room with a notorious brawler and hooligan, Vladimir Mashkov. Since then they have been friends and often meet on the set.

In 1990, after receiving his diploma, Evgeniy received invitations from 3 theaters at once: the Moscow Art Theater, the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya and Tabakerka. The young artist preferred the latter.

Evgeny Mironov is married to Astakhov

In 2013, the Internet exploded with news. They talked about the marriage of Sergei Astakhov and Mironov in Germany. Another fake was also attributed to the young actor Alexei Komashko, whom Evgeniy helped.

The source of vile insinuations turned out to be director Kirill Ganin, a long-time ill-wisher of Oleg Pavlovich Tabakov. Mironov did not even consider it necessary to comment on the dirty deed of the spiteful critic.

Sergei Astakhov specifically expressed that people like Ganin in the West or Europe would be deprived of their jobs, but in their homeland they could seriously damage their physiognomy.

PR relations with Alena Babenko

In 2004, Evgeniy met Alena Babenko. By this time she had the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, was married and gave birth to a child.

A romance broke out between them. The beautiful couple was seen at events, they traveled together and went on tour. Alena was in the process of divorce, in one of her interviews she spoke about her feelings and her desire to give birth to Mironov’s daughter.

Evgeniy’s mother intervened; she was categorically against the relationship, after which a publication appeared in which the actor very dryly commented on Alena’s desire, saying that he did not need anyone.

Cold words instantly turned lovers into enemies, and information appeared in the press that it was not love, but PR.

The couple broke up amid scandal

The main thing in life

After graduating from eight years of school, Evgeniy enters the theater school in Saratov. Having received a diploma, a promising young man receives an invitation to the Youth Theater. This was not enough for Zhenya: he dreamed of the Moscow Art Theater, where Oleg Tabakov taught. The young actor achieved a meeting with the master, and was so convincing and persistent that Tabakov took him straight into the second year. According to Mironov’s recollections, it was very difficult, but the desire was so great that everything worked out. Then Zhenya even lived for some time with Oleg Pavlovich.

On the same stage with the master

In 1990, Evgeniy joined the staff of the famous “Tabakerka”. Here he created many wonderful images.

This is interesting! During his student years, Evgeny Mironov lived in the same dorm room with Vladimir Mashkov. The actors, now real “stars,” are friends to this day.

Friendship from student days
In 2006, Mironov became artistic director of the State Theater of Nations.

This is interesting! The fundamental difference between the Theater of Nations is that there is no full-time troupe, and the director and actors are invited specifically for the performance, including from abroad.

By the beginning of the 2000s, Mironov was one of the brightest stars of the theater stage. The theater captivates him; he literally lives in the images he creates. It is not for nothing that in an interview with Vladimir Pozner he said that theater is closer to him than cinema. Here you live the life of a hero, and every time it’s a completely new sensation.
