This series has become a real sensation! The most popular youth group of those years, Ranetki, took part in a comedy series about themselves. Fans not only learned the history of the creation of the group, but were also able to observe the lives of their idols in real time. Of course, the series does not show the real story of the girls, so we decided to restore justice and tell you about them ourselves.
Lera Novikova
The soloist and drummer of the Ranetki group Valeria Kozlova (27) played herself in the series. Possessing an ardent disposition, the girl left the group in 2008 due to a conflict with the producer. Since 2009, Lera began her solo career; she also starred in the Quest Pistols video “He’s Nearby.”
In 2010, Lera released videos for the songs “Wolf”, “Unpleasant” and “Safe Sex”, as well as her first album “Give me a sign”. For some time, the girl left the stage, but in 2015 she returned as part of the group 5sta Family, debuting with the song “Metko”. There were rumors about Lera's affair with the lead singer of the Quest Pistols, Nikita Goryuk (29), but the artists themselves did not make any public statements.
Former members
Alina Petrova was the first to leave the group. Unfortunately, there is practically no information about her. What is known is that she played the role of bass guitarist.
The second to leave was Lena Galperina, about whom nothing is also known. At the moment, there is only information that she was a vocalist.
The departure of Lera Kozlova was a big tragedy for fans, since the change of drummer occurred just at the peak of the group’s popularity. The real reason why the girl left the project is not known, but there is a version that there were love differences with the producer. After leaving, the girl began a solo career. After releasing several singles, in 2011 she announced that she was ceasing activities. However, three years later he released a new song and in May 2015 he joined the 5sta Family group.
In 2011 the composition changes again. “Ranetki” and their fans are experiencing the loss of Anna Rudneva. Her departure caused a big scandal, since the producer initially lied that her absence was due to pregnancy. But soon the girl herself refuted this, writing a very unflattering comment towards both the group and the producer individually. After Rudneva left, she took up a solo career, releasing several singles. In addition to the musical sphere, Anya has successfully arranged her personal life. The girl is married for the second time, and is raising a daughter, Sofia, from her first marriage. Currently, she and her husband are expecting the birth of their second child.
Natasha Lipatova
The group's lead guitarist - composer Natalya Milnichenko (Schelkova) (25) played a girl with a rather difficult fate, but in her life, it seems, everything turned out more than successfully! After filming “Ranetki,” Natalya continued to play in TV series and also received higher education, graduating from the Moscow State Institute of Culture and Art.
But the real sensation was her wedding with the producer of their group, Sergei Milnichenko (49), who is 24 years older than the girl. However, they live happily and raise two daughters: Rasskaya and Iva.
Natalya Milnichenko (Shchelkova)
In 2009, Natalya married Ranetok producer Sergei Milnichenko, to whom she gave birth to three children.
In 2021, the girl reunited with former vocalist of the Ranetki group Anna Rudneva. They recorded the single “We Lost Time” and played several concerts.
In 2021, Natalya decided to start a solo career, taking the creative pseudonym Currency. In the summer of the same year, the premiere of two of her tracks took place at once - “The World is Perishing Because of Us” and “Grey Mass”, for which videos were also shot.
Anya Prokopyeva
One of the sweetest members of the group, rhythm guitarist Anna Rudneva (25), nevertheless left the group. In 2011, like Lera, she quarreled with the producer and left Ranetki, deciding to pursue a solo career. Later, the girl released the single “Magnit”. Now Anya has become a designer and even opened her own brand, Ann Rudneva, and she also has her own production company, Ann Rudneva Production.
Anna’s personal life is also in full swing. From 2012 to 2015, she was married to actor Pavel Serdyuk (25), known for the TV series “My Fair Nanny,” and they had a daughter, Sophia (3). In April of this year, Anna married a handsome young man, Dmitry Belin (23), for the second time; on August 17, their son Timofey was born.
Composition of the group
The first composition of the group included 6 people: Alina Petrova, Lena Galperina, Anya Rudneva, Natasha Shchelkova, Zhenya Ogurtsova and Lera Kozlova.
The girls were selected for the project as a result of a long casting process. At the end of 2005, Lena Galperina left Ranetok, and Lena Tretyakova took her place. A few weeks later, Alina Petrova also refused to participate in the project. On August 10, 2005, the Ranetki group was officially registered. Anya Rudneva, Natasha Shchelkova, Zhenya Ogurtsova, Lera Kozlova and Lena Tretyakova sang together and recorded albums until November 1, 2008, and then drummer Lera decided to start a solo career. She was replaced by Anna Baidavletova, well known from the television competition “STS Lights up a Superstar-2”. In November 2011, Anya Rudneva decided to leave the group. Formally, the group still includes:
Natasha Milnichenko (Shchelkova) was born on April 6, 1990 in Moscow. As a child, Natasha studied seriously at Ilya Averbukh’s figure skating school, but then she realized that she wanted to devote her life not to sports, but to music. In 2009, the girl married the producer of the Ranetki group Sergei Milnichenko. In the group he performs backing vocals and plays lead guitar.
Zhenya Ogurtsova plays keyboards and sings in the group. Born on March 29, 1990 in Moscow. She started playing music at the age of three. It is believed that it was she who came up with the idea of creating the Ranetki group. In his free time from creativity, Zhenya goes snowboarding.
Lena Tretyakova. Born on December 23, 1988 in the Polish city of Legnica. He plays bass guitar in the group and is a soloist in some songs. After the birth of their daughter, Lena's parents soon moved to Moscow. As a child, the girl was professionally involved in kickboxing and football, playing for the Chertanovo women's team. Lena has no musical education. Her brother showed her the first guitar chords, but she had to learn the rest herself.
Anna (Nyuta) Baidavletova. Born November 26, 1992. As a child, Nyuta lived in Stavropol, learned to play the accordion, piano and guitar, and went to art school. She was inspired to take music seriously by the work of the Tokio Hotel group. As part of the Nine Lives group, Nyuta appeared on STS, and then was invited to the Ranetki group, where she began to play drums and perform a number of solo parts.
Officially, the Ranetki group still exists, but in fact, each of the participants is engaged in a solo career.
Lena Kulemina
A bright and serious performer and bass guitarist of the Ranetki group, Elena Tretyakova (25), has been involved in sports since childhood, as in the series. She became the Russian champion as part of the Chertanovo women's football team. In 2014, Elena released her solo album “Point B”, as well as videos for the songs “Your Words” and “A Couple of Words”.
The girl does not talk about her personal life. There were rumors about her romances with actor Vitaly Abdulov (45), singer Dmitry Pryanov, but so far there have been no official statements. One day Elena launched a rumor on the Internet that she got married, but then admitted that she did it in revenge on the man.
History of characters' comings and goings
First season
In the first season of the series, the main lines revolve around the “Ranetki” girls and their romantic interests. During the first 45 episodes, the main characters are Anya Prokopyeva, Zhenya Alyokhina, Lera Novikova, Natasha Lipatova and Lena Kulyomina, as well as their accompanying characters - Anton Markin (Arthur Sopelnik), Matvey (Nil Kropalov), plus the girls' classmates - Kolya Platonov (Artem Lyskov), Misha Semenov (Yuri Yakovlev), Borya Yuzhin (Arseniy Postnov), Inessa Starodubtseva (Tatyana Naumenko), Rita Luzhina (Linda Tabagari). The role of the main negative character in the first seasons is retained by the bitchy blonde, representative of the “golden youth” Polina Zelenova (Yanina Studilina).
Second season
From the second half of the second season, serious progress begins among the characters of “Ranetok”. The first to leave the series is Anton Markin (Arthur Sopelnik enters the Shchepkin Theater School and cannot combine filming with studies), as well as the characters accompanying him - his mother (Nina Persiyaninova) and sister Agasha (Polina Lunegova). Instead, the series introduces the line of the disbanded school, which is “attached” to the already old characters. The new students are Olya Lebedeva (Tamta Lano), Stas Komarov (Stas Shmelev) and Stepan Beluta (Pavel Serdyuk). Also, Igor Gutsulov, “Gutsul” (Dmitry Tikhonov), who previously appeared to the audience as a friend of Anton Markin and the “Ranetok” girls, becomes a classmate of “Ranetok” - from a minor character, he becomes one of the main characters of the series. The literary woman Elizaveta Matveevna Kopeikina (Galina Polskikh) leaves the camp of teachers, and is replaced by Miroslav Nikolaevich Miloslavsky (Egor Rybakov), as well as the intriguing Kaleria Viktorovna Razina (Olga Spirkina). Also, part of the plot of the second season revolves around the romance of Anya’s “boyfriend”, Matvey, with Polina Zelenova and singer Eva (Lada Maris). Here we meet the family of Lyudmila Fedorovna Borzova - daughter Oktyabrina (Anastasia Shekhovtsova) and son-in-law Artyom Sukhanov (Sergei Komarov).
Season three
The third season also marks a change in a significant part of the characters. Matvey (Nil Kropalov) and his older admirer, singer Eva, leave the series. Matvey's friend Yura (Dmitry Gorevoy) dies during the tests, however, at the end of the season it turns out that he is alive. Viktor Mikhailovich Stepnov temporarily leaves the school - Stepan Beluta’s mother, Victoria Dmitrievna Shubina (Svetlana Svibilskaya), takes the place of the physical teacher; psychologist Yana Malakhova (Irina Tomskaya) also leaves the school. Instead, the line of Lyudmila Borzova’s ex-husband, Viktor Lvovich Shinsky (Arnis Licitis), appears in the series. The Gushchin family comes to the forefront of the third season - Lyubov Kirillovna (Natalya Ungard), Nadenka (Victoria Alasheyeva), and Pavel Zhdanov (Oleg Komarov). The love story between historian Rasskazov (Alexander Stefantsov) and chemical engineer Karimova (Olga Nedovodina) is diluted by the chemical engineer’s romance with her lover’s twin brother, after which Karimova leaves school, returning briefly at the end of the season. Sofia Sergeevna Denisova (Ekaterina Astakhova) becomes the new chemist, with whom the scriptwriters decide to arrange an affair with the historian Igor Rasskazov. Kaleria Viktorovna Razina also temporarily leaves the series. And finally, the most important thing - and in the camp of the serial "Ranetki" there is a change in composition - Lera Novikova (Lera Kozlova) leaves the group and in her place, as in the real group, comes Nyuta Morozova (Anna Baidavletova), who is officially adopted by Lyudmila Borzova and Victor Shinsky. The character of Lera Kozlova also temporarily leaves the series, returning only at the end of the season, but as an independent character. By the end of the third season, several minor episodic characters appear, such as Natasha Lipatova’s new hobby, Kostya (Ivan Litvinenko). And in the last episode, Stepan Beluta is also arrested for fighting.
Season four
Almost half of the main characters leave the fourth season. Kolya Platonov (Artyom Lyskov), Stas Komarov (Stas Shmelev), who, unlike other Ranetki classmates, were clearly thought of by the writers for the long term, disappear from the series. The authors also “send” Polina Zelenova to London, despite the fact that at the end of the third season she finally established a normal relationship with Hutsul (the romance with him developed for a long time and in fits and starts). And “Ranetki” itself fades into the background, appearing only periodically on the screen. Accordingly, their parents also disappear from the series (with the exception of the parents of Nyuta and Lera). The main characters of the series are now Hutsul, already known to viewers, and students of the music class recruited by Yuri Romanovsky, also a new character in the series (played by Dmitry Yachevsky). This is Pyatigorsk Misha Kozhevnikov (Maxim Amelchenko), Lesha Smirnov from Vladivostok (Vasily Lykshin), village guy Sasha Shchukin (Alexei Hitman), son of builders Vanya Cherepanov (Artem Bogucharsky), son of classical musicians Roma Gromov (Anton Anosov), daughter of fireman Kira Mishina (Alla Podchufarova), the “golden girl” from St. Petersburg Yulia Milanovich (Maria Afanasyeva), a girl from a poor family Tonya Petrova (Margarita Ivanova), glamorous provincial Zhanna Ryabokoneva (Victoria Chernysheva), village simpleton Galya Nazarova (Anna Kurkova), as well as daughters cardiac surgeon and translator Arina and Marina Shestakov (Daria and Ekaterina Nosik). It is around them that the main storylines of the fourth and fifth seasons are built. Later, former Suvorov soldier Arseny Ratov (Arseny Guryanov) joins them. A significant part of the plot is devoted to the parents of new characters. Among the teachers in the fourth season, progress is also observed - Kaleria Viktorovna Razina returns, Margarita Dmitrievna Chernyavskaya (Ekaterina Konisevich) becomes the new solfeggio teacher. Also, due to the refusal of actor Alexander Stefantsov to act in further seasons, it was decided to “kill” his character, as well as remove the heroine of the new chemist Denisova from the series. She is replaced by Evgeniy Valentinovich Markov (Maxim Radugin.) The new “series-forming group” in place of Ranetok becomes “Balabama”, formed from the characters of Dmitry Tikhonov, Maxim Amelchenko, Alexey Chernomordikov (Hitman), Arseny Guryanov and Andrei Samoilov - also a new character, teacher music by Gleb Sergeevich Zaitsev.
Season 5
In the fifth season, “Ranetki” leaves the series altogether, reminding of itself only by its name and soundtrack. Unexpectedly, Polina Zelenova returns to the series, breaking off the relationship between Hutsul and Lera. Yulia Milanovich and the Shestakov family also disappear from the plot. The scriptwriters sent the hero of Vasily Lykshin, who suddenly died, to Vladivostok. At the end of the season, Lera Novikova finally leaves the series - according to the plot, she is sent to St. Petersburg (Lera Kozlova by that time refused to star in the sequel).
The last chord
Initially, the producers planned to show this series as the sixth season of “Ranetok”, but later it was decided to transform the story into a new series. By that time, nothing in the series reminded anyone of “Ranetki” - even ex-Ranetki Lera Kozlova left the television series. By that time, only Gutsul (Dmitry Tikhonov), Savchenko (Valery Barinov), Borzova (Elena Borzova), caretaker Elena Petrovna (Olga Prokhvatylo), security guard Uncle Petya (Sergei Stepin), librarian Svetochka (Anna Marlioni) remained from the cast of the first season by that time. and periodically appearing in episodes Polina Zelenova (Yanina Studilina) and the cleaning lady Aunt Lida (Galina Stakhanova).
Among the new faces of the series are music producer Oksana Mironovna Larina (Marina Blake), her daughter Nina (Tatyana Kazyuchits) and husband Alexey (Egor Barinov). Also playing an important role in this storyline are Pyotr Kanunnikov (Alexander Khovansky), Alexei's aunt Mira Yuryevna (Olga Naumenko), Larina's secretary Marina (Irina Barinova), as well as Yulia (Tamila Grishchenko), a new vocal teacher known as Soul.
Physical education teacher Zaur Nakhapetovich (Sergey Pogosyan) becomes a newcomer to the camp of teachers.
Zhenya Alekhina
Keyboardist Evgenia Ogurtsova (25) is the sunniest and most cheerful member of the group, and she is the ideological founder of the group! Her fiery hair was remembered by all fans. Her wedding was no less bright and colorful, which was attended not only by close girls, but also by former “classmates” Anya and Natasha.
Little is known about Evgenia’s personal life, but it looks like she’s doing great!
Nyuta Morozova
Anna Baidavletova (22) became the youngest member of the group, replacing the departed Lera. The girl got into the team after passing the casting “STS lights up a Superstar. Ranetki Mania. Now she has changed her image to a brighter one and is active on her Instagram, where she shares photos from her travels.
Now she is unrecognizable as the once depressed and shy teenager.
History of the group
Based on the results of the casting, the initial lineup of the group was assembled: Alina Petrova (previously it was believed that Alina had the last name Zubitskaya, but this was denied by one of the songwriters of the first album of the Ranetki group in his interview), Lena Galperina, Anya Rudneva, Zhenya Ogurtsova, Lera Kozlova, Natasha Shchelkova. At the end of 2005, Lena Tretyakova joined them, replacing Lena Galperina, who left the group. Alina Petrova also left the group.
The musical group began to exist on August 10, 2005 under the Megaliner label and the leadership of producer Sergei Melnichenko. All the girls were very young, from 14 to 16 years old, but age did not become an obstacle to musical activity.
The songs were recorded not in a professional recording studio, but at home on a regular computer. This was followed by the shooting of a video for one of the first songs, “She’s Alone,” in 2006. The shooting of the first video took place in the gym of a regular school.
In the fall of 2008, Lera Kozlova left the group. She was replaced by a new participant - Anna Baidavletova, a participant in the “STS Lights Up a Superstar - 2008” competition as part of the Nine Lives group.
On November 21, 2011, Anna Rudneva gave her last concert as part of the group. The girl decided to leave the group in which she had worked for more than six years.
