Actress Olga Lomonosova spoke about fitness and the recipe for inner harmony

Many perceive Pavel Safonov as the wife of the famous actress Olga Lomonosova. Not everyone knows that he is a talented actor, theatergoer, film director and just a decent family man. Pavel Safonov was born on June 26, 1972. Where it was, who his parents were, what they did - remains a mystery to everyone. In 1990, he entered the Shchukin School, and 4 years later he became a graduate. The first place of work was the theater named after. Vakhtangov, where Pavel was involved in almost the entire repertoire of the troupe.

Pavel Safonov

Among the works are the performances “The Fairy Tale”, “Princess Turandot”, “The Queen of Spades”, “Cyrano de Bergerac”, “The Lion in Winter”. After 3 years of work in the theater, Safonov made his debut as a director with the production “Beautiful People”. It was a real success; Pavel was invited to several theaters at once. Subsequently there were no less successful works - “The Seagull”, “Pygmalion”, “An Ideal Husband”, “Caligula”.

But it didn’t work out with cinema. He has only a few episodic and supporting roles to his credit. Among them are policeman Valentin in “Heads and Tails”, Vakha in “Men’s Work-2”. In 2007, Safonov tried himself as a film director. The debut was the multi-part series “Alibi Agency”, later “Petrovka 38. Semenov’s Team”.

What does fitness mean to you?

For me, this is, first of all, a switch - a switch to another type of activity, which gives me the opportunity to come to my senses, take a little break from everyday life and recover. For me, this is also a means of maintaining good physical shape: I am a former ballerina, and my muscles require exercise; I admit, I’m wildly lazy, and my muscles want to be trained... During performances and in everyday life, I move enough, which allows me to keep my body in good shape, but fitness is still something different, special - targeted load, the opportunity to devote a little time yourself and... joy. But the joy comes after! Because when you go to practice, you literally force yourself (either between rehearsals, or after work you take an hour and a half off), and when you leave training, every time you think: “Why don’t I go to the club every day? I have such a great opportunity!”

Personal life

Olga Lomonosova's first marriage was short-lived. They lived with Evgeny Ryashentsev, who was involved in show business at that time, for only six months, and then broke up.

While a student at the Shchukin School, Olga met theater director Pavel Safonov. Gradually their relationship developed and at some point Olga Lomonosova and Pavel Safonov began to live in a civil marriage. They had two girls: Varya and Sasha. At the same time, Olga says that she does not believe in the institution of marriage.

“Only love, only mutual respect, only work can keep people together. Not children, no matter how many there are, and certainly not a stamp. Now everyone is getting married, all believers, standing in the church, taking pictures. And then they separate. Or they already live with others. So no, I don't understand what the point is. I would do this only for the sake of the children.

Varya asked me some time ago: “Mom, did you and dad have a wedding?” I said "No" and she asked the question "Why?" And my Varya is very correct. And I told her that when you and Sasha grow up and want to give us this gift, a wedding, I will gladly take part. I can arrange such a holiday for the whole family, but not because I need a stamp in my passport. We are already husband and wife. The children bear Pasha's surname and patronymic. In fact, we only have different surnames. But I wouldn’t change my last name anyway.”

Personal life of Olga Lomonosova

Olga Lomonosova’s first husband is Evgeny Ryashentsev, producer of the Amedia studio. When they met, the girl was still studying at Shchuka. They lived together for half a year, after which they decided to leave. But they were able to officially break the bonds of marriage only a year later. As the actress says, the wedding was fictitious, because Olga needed Russian citizenship in order to get a job in the Moscow theater.

Olga also met her second husband, theater director Pavel Safonov, as a student - he staged a graduation performance for their group. They were close friends, but did not see each other as a couple. After all, Olga was still married, and Pavel’s heart was also occupied at that time. But after a while, the guy and girl realized that they felt something more for each other than just friendship. Olya and Pavel have been together for more than ten years, they have two amazing daughters Varya and Sasha. Recently the couple had a baby - a boy, Fedya. However, the couple is still not officially registered; they do not see the point in this.

Maybe it's not laziness, but a small amount of free time?

— If a person knows how to properly plan his life and schedule, he will have time for everything. I am a very disorganized person, I constantly have my head in the clouds, so I don’t always have time to do what I like. My husband, for example, even during the production of a play, when there is no free minute and there is complete time pressure, he still comes to the hall - training is vital for him, he cannot imagine himself without it and at the same time knows how to set priorities. Me... On the other hand, I am a woman, and I need a lot more time for myself (the same manicure, pedicure, other beauty treatments) and, of course, for children who need the care and attention of their mother. Whatever it is, I try to visit my X-Fit fitness club as often as possible.

Movies

The first point in the filmography was the film “The Death of Tairov”, where Olga played a cameo role. Later, a minor image of a ballerina appeared, the beloved of the hero Evgeny Tsyganov in the film adaptation of “Children of the Arbat”.

The actress gained star status from the series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful.” Initially, Lomonosova admitted, she did not like the character: the evil and selfish Kira appeared as a cardboard, cliched villain. Therefore, she partially changed the character of the heroine, giving more humanity, responsibility and endowing her with a bit of nobility.

Olga’s serial lover was played by Grigory Antipenko, an old friend from the Shchukin School. Among the duo’s joint films is the melodrama “45 Seconds.”

In the drama “Prime Time Goddess” she played the role of a brave journalist. The character of the main character, according to rumors, was based on TV presenter Arina Sharapova.

A separate line in the artist’s track record is the thriller “Cheesecake” about how two adults found themselves in the center of attention from a psychopathic boy. Lomonosova managed to convey the tragedy and hopelessness of the situation in which people who were strangers found themselves. The film received mixed reviews: some accused the director of excessive cruelty, while others admired the directness and frankness of the work.

And in the melodrama “Two Love Stories” Olga appeared in an acting quartet with Agnia Ditkovskite, Evgeny Dmitriev and Maxim Drozd. Two pairs of lovers are connected by family ties, which complicates life for everyone.

In the mystical series “Angel on Duty,” Lomonosova got used to the image of a surgeon who, after receiving an electric shock, begins to see the souls of dead people.

The artist also appeared in the retro detective film “Black Cats,” in which Pavel Derevyanko played the main role. In terms of the intensity of passions, director Evgeny Lavrentyev compared the film with “The meeting place cannot be changed” and “One among strangers, a stranger among one’s own.” The project was shown in Israel, and in the Ukrainian private rating “Cats” even made it into the top ten leaders.

Olga’s next major work was the detective story “Citizen Nobody” about an employee of the operational department who, after a many-year coma, encounters a new reality, but the same criminals. The film's script is based on a plot that is in many ways similar to Jaco Van Dormael's project "Mr. Nobody".

In 2019, the series “Better Than People” premiered, about the search for mutual understanding between humanity and intelligent machines. Olga played the mother of the boy who killed the robot, although at first she asked for the role of an android. The director refused because a suitable candidate had already been found; she was Paulina Andreeva. This film is the first Russian series purchased by Netflix. The American company plans to translate it into 25 languages.

Lomonosova almost refused to film the comedy “Doctor Martov”: the pregnant woman had to work on the sea coast in the winter, and also constantly fly on an airplane. But the couple decided: if you have the strength, you should try.

Among the actress’s successful works is her participation in the filming of the action movie Drive. The main characters of the crime film were performed by Vladimir Epifantsev and Nikolai Fomenko. The series about the life of a stuntman was released on the Zvezda channel.

When you come to the club, how exactly do you prefer to work out?

First I warm up, be sure to walk on the treadmill, then do my set of exercises - I developed it over the years of rhythmic gymnastics and ballet. Once upon a time there was an American “Lesson on the Floor” - these are 32 exercises that are performed 32 times. I take several parts of it and combine them with elements of classes that I once had at a choreographic school. I remember that my teacher, when she first saw our group, was horrified; she exclaimed, “What wild and untrained children!” and put us on the floor, where we practiced for two months - we did everything the same as at the machine, only on the floor. It was a little strange then, but, as it turned out, it was wise and incredibly true: in order to feel yourself and really feel the frame of the body, you need to exercise on the floor. So now I enjoy doing exercises from the “barre on the floor”, doing a stretching routine, then various crunches, and pumping up my abs. And, of course, I swim. If we talk about group programs, of which X-Fit has a great variety - for every taste - I prefer yoga or Pilates. In general, the ideal option is to study 2-3 times a week, but, unfortunately, this is not always possible, especially when filming is going on 24 hours a day or a performance is being performed.

Childhood and adolescence

Olga's hometown is Donetsk. The girl grew up as the only and beloved child in the family of a civil engineer and economist. Parents disappeared at work, so Olya was mainly taken care of by her grandmother.

Sports came into Olga’s life even before school, when a gymnastics coach in kindergarten drew attention to her flexibility and suggested that she develop these abilities. Soon school was added to this load. Nevertheless, the girl made progress both in sports and in studies.

In 1986, Olga’s father was transferred to Kyiv, and the family left with him. In the capital, Olga had the opportunity to do gymnastics at a professional level. She was accepted into the Albina Deryugina Olympic School. Daily training and iron discipline helped Olga win the title of candidate master of sports.

At the age of 12, despite excellent results in sports, Olya became a student at a ballet school. This was the decision of her mother, who herself dreamed of dancing from an early age. After graduating from school, the girl tried to enter the Vaganova School in St. Petersburg, but failed. But at the Kiev Choreographic School she was welcomed with open arms. Olga's teacher was Valeria Sulegina. The course was very gifted, for example, Svetlana Zakharova, who studied together with Olga Lomonosova, later became the prima of the Bolshoi Theater.

Olga also demonstrated success. In her final year, she was noticed by the director of the Stuttgart Ballet, who invited her to continue her studies in Germany. At first Olga agreed, but life decided otherwise. While on vacation in Miskhor, the girl met the Satyricon artists Nadezhda Berezhnaya and Alexei Yakubov. Together with them, she flew to Moscow and literally fell in love with this city, forever forgetting about Stuttgart.

Olga Lomonosova (2015) After graduating from college in 1998, the girl moved to Moscow, where she joined the Nemirovich-Danchenko Musical Theater. She had very few parties there. Nostalgic for Kyiv, where she was promised solo roles at the city opera house, she moved to the Imperial Russian Ballet. But even there Olga did not last even a year due to an injury, which put an end to the ballerina’s career.

Biography of Olga Lomonosova

The future famous actress was born on May 18, 1978 in Donetsk, Ukrainian SSR, making her parents very happy. From this date the biography of Olga Lomonosova began.

The girl was the only and beloved child in the family of her father, a builder, and her mother, an economist. But despite this, the parents were unable to devote much time to Olya, since they worked a lot. Therefore, the girl was raised by her grandmother during her childhood.

From an early age, the girl’s fate was influenced by her mother’s unfulfilled dreams. As Olga later said in an interview, her mother always dreamed of dancing, but it didn’t work out in her life, so Olya made her parent’s dreams come true in her life.

At first, Olechka’s parents took her to ballroom dancing. But her childhood came to an end when a gymnastics coach looked into the kindergarten and noticed the girl’s amazing flexibility. Since then, Olya entered the world of rhythmic gymnastics.

At the age of 8, the girl’s family moved to Kyiv. There, the little girl continued her training as a gymnast, but at a higher level, ending up in the Olympic reserve school with Irina Deryugina. Hard training every day and iron discipline helped Ole become a candidate for master of sports.

Despite the girl’s enormous achievements in sports, at the age of 12 her parents decided to send her to ballet school. After graduating, Olya tried to enter the Vaganova School in St. Petersburg, but she was not accepted. But she was gladly accepted into the Kiev Choreographic School. Olga's teacher was Valeria Sulegina. This class was incredibly capable and talented. For example, Svetlana Zakharova, who later became the prima of the Bolshoi Theater, studied with Olga.

Olga also achieved considerable success in school. In her last year, the director of the Stuttgraz Ballet drew great attention to her, inviting her to continue her studies in Germany. At first the girl agreed, but life turned out differently. While relaxing, the girl met the artists of Satyricon. Together with them, she flew to conquer Moscow and fell in love with this city, forgetting about Stuttgrat. My mother supported this decision, but my father was against it, deciding that the girl would have more opportunities in Europe.

In 1997, Olga Lomonosova found herself in Moscow. The most talented girl was accepted into the ballet troupe of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Theater, with the condition of losing a little weight. She worked here for a short time. She was not given significant roles, and later the girl again gradually began to gain weight and was not allowed on stage. Olga became disillusioned with this theater and went to work at another - the Imperial Russian Ballet, where the girl was appreciated. However, in the end, nothing worked out with the ballerina’s career due to injury. While sledding, the girl fell on the ice and seriously hurt her leg. The terrible thing is that this happened on tour in France, when Olga finally received her first leading role, replacing the soloist in the production of “Ruslan and Lyudmila.”

Until the end of the tour, Lomonosova performed courageously, overcoming the hellish pain in her leg. Returning to her homeland, she had to spend too much time and effort to restore her leg. During that period, Olga rethought the meaning of ballet in her life. The director of the troupe tried with all his might to return Olga to the stage, but it was too late, her determination put an end to the ballerina’s career.

During this period, she decided to change her type of activity, trying herself as an actress. Olga applied to a couple of educational institutions and eventually entered the Shchukin School, where she began to study acting. Together with her, the actors who are in demand today studied in the same course - Yanina Sokolovskaya, Grigory Antipenko, Vyacheslav Manucharov, Pyotr Fedorov, Alexander Ustyugov.

The first school year was very difficult for the girl. It seemed to her that she was studying at the acting school in vain; nothing was working out for her. “I was the first candidate for relegation,” recalls Olga. However, by the end of the first year, the girl firmly decided that her place was here and that she would not leave here, no matter what the cost. Already in 2003, Olga Lomonosova played the main role in the graduation performance “Beautiful People”.

Surely, not only fitness allows you to stay in excellent physical shape - what are your secrets?

There are no secrets as such. Is it true. (Laughs.) Performances that force me to give one hundred percent keep me on my toes. When you play, you inevitably, in the literal sense of the words, run around the stage and sweat, thanks to which you cleanse yourself and lose weight. But, for example, proper nutrition is not about me. I love to eat so much that I can’t resist desserts and original dishes - I love cakes, spaghetti and other junk food. Maybe if someone prepared me exclusively healthy and wholesome dishes, I would stick to such a diet. But since you have to cook yourself, or your mother helps you, you don’t have much time to think about proper nutrition. Fortunately, genetics and ballet training do not let you down, the work stimulates physical activity in the hall - albeit not often, but with benefit and a tangible effect.

Theater

In 2003, Olga Lomonosova graduated from the B.V. Shchukin Theater School and joined the troupe of the Theater. Evg. Vakhtangov, where she worked until 2005. At the same time, in 2004, thanks to the invitation of Vladimir Mirzoev, the actress began playing at the Theater. K.S. Stanislavsky. Today Olga Lomonosova is busy in the performances of the theater on Malaya Bronnaya “Cyrano de Bergerac” and “Tartuffe”, as well as in the play of Another Theater “Valentine’s Day”, and the production of “The Elder Son” of the Free Stage Theater.

Success

In 2005, the series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful” appeared on television in Russia, which made the artist famous throughout Russia. As for the theater, after “Pike” the girl was accepted into the theater. Vakhtangov, where Olga worked for two years. Due to constant filming in films, she had to refuse roles and, as a result, left the theater in 2006.

After playing in the series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful,” Olga received endless offers to star in various films, for example: “Aerobatics,” “Indian Kingdom,” “Black Cats.” The film actress managed to skillfully play both positive and negative images.

Completion of ballet career

Trouble happened to Olga Lomonosova while on vacation. While sledding, she was seriously injured and injured her leg. It was at this time that she was offered the main role in the production of “Ruslan and Lyudmila”. The ballerina did not refuse her, so during her performances she had to endure severe pain.

After the end of the tour, Lomonosova took a long time to restore her health, so she decided to leave the ballet. The director of the troupe spent a long time persuading the girl, but by that time she decided to try her hand at acting.

Olga Lomonosova's ex-husband - Evgeny Ryashchentsev

Olga Lomonosova's ex-husband, Evgeny Ryashchentsev, son of the popular poet Yuri Ryashchentsev, was born in 1976. He graduated from VGIK, having studied at the Faculty of Producing Arts. Evgeniy is a producer of some popular films.

Evgeniy and Olga could not live together for more than a year and a half. It was to Zhenya that the actress went to Moscow, but over time it became clear that they were very different in character. They decided that it would be very difficult for them to continue their life together. Both spouses greatly regretted this, but decided that a divorce would be the best thing to do. Olga has no children from her marriage to Evgeniy.

Six lovers of Olga Lomonosova

;;By the age of 31, Olga LOMONOSOVA had accomplished a lot in life: she studied ballet, became a famous certified artist, managed to get married, and gave birth to a beautiful daughter, who will turn three years old the other day. Although the star claims that as a child she considered herself an ugly duckling, she was never deprived of the attention of the stronger sex. Moreover, she chose more than worthy gentlemen. Just like her heroine in the TV series “The Story of a Pilot” (see the article “The Male Strength of Marat Basharov”), which was broadcast by the Rossiya channel.

Lomonosova decided to become an actress because of a man. Being very young, Olya vacationed with her mother at a health resort near Yalta. Actors from Moscow often visited this sanatorium. There, a 12-year-old girl met Konstantin Raikin, who came to Yalta with his actor friends to gain strength.

“We visited Miskhor every summer, and before our eyes, Olya turned from a girl into a charming, seductive girl, whom any man looks at with admiration,” said Alexey Yakubov, an old-timer at Satyricon. “Once we started talking, and I invited Lomonosova to visit my wife and me in Moscow. To be honest, I didn’t even imagine how dramatically this trip would change her life. The Russian capital greeted the Kiev resident with bright lights, cheerful acting gatherings, and the attractive noise of the theater backstage. Lomonosova’s friends rehearsed almost every day for “The Threepenny Opera,” which was staged at Satyricon by Vladimir Mashkov. The charismatic and immensely talented young director could not help but attract the attention of the Ukrainian shy woman.

- What girl can calmly walk past Volodya?! - Galina Mirova, an employee of the theater, says with a smile. - This is such a maddening man: strong, with an excellent sense of humor! When young trainees came to our theater, we immediately understood from their sighs in the smoking room: they were suffering from Mashkov! Lomonosova also fell head over heels in love with him. As far as I know, he also showed interest in her. Olya is a very pretty and smart girl. I heard that they knew each other quite closely. Well, you know what I mean... But this relationship was still largely platonic in nature, because Volodya had a wife at the time, and preparing for the premiere took a lot of time.

People around Lomonosova say that after meeting the charming director, she even wanted to leave the Kiev Choreographic School and stay in Moscow. But they dissuaded her and convinced her that she should first learn and then think about love. The upset blonde left the capital in tears, realizing that it was all over with Mashkov.

Wedding masquerade

A year later, Olga completed her studies. And I decided to go to Moscow to become an actress. Her friends are sure: this desire arose because of that unhappy love - the girl wanted to become a screen star and prove to her former lover that their separation was a mistake.

“Maybe she even married, in fact, the first guy she came across as revenge,” shared Lomonosova’s longtime friend. “Fortunately, the young man turned out to be an extremely good person. What can I say: the son of the most intelligent Yuri Ryashentsev, the famous poet who wrote songs for “Midshipmen” and “Musketeers”!

Evgeny Ryashentsev was two years older than Olga. They met during another noisy party in the dormitory where she lived, becoming a student at the Shchukin Theater School. A few months later they decided to get married. After making inquiries, Lomonosova decided that Zhenya was a worthy party: her father was a sought-after parole (a poet who writes poetry for musicals), her mother was a literary editor at Mosfilm, and in the past she was the muse of the famous poet Bulat Okudzhava. Grandmother is a relative of the influential, intelligent Smekhov clan headed by “Athos”-Veniamin.

“I don’t know what Olya thought and what plans she made when she became my son’s wife, but he was madly in love with her,” said the actress’s former mother-in-law Olga Batrakova. “I can’t say anything bad about Olya: beautiful, purposeful, independent, talented. We were all very upset when the guys divorced a year and a half later. And they themselves cried. But, apparently, something didn’t work out. I don’t know the details, my son never let me into his personal life. And Olya is a very private person.

Lomonosova herself was more than once annoyed, they say, the marriage with Ryashentsev was unsuccessful, they did not get along in character, she was disappointed in the man. Probably, both spouses were simply not ready for a family life that was not very satisfying.

- The celebration is gorgeous! - the guests of the holiday, among whom was Olya’s close friend Marina Alexandrova, loved to remember. — Olya was wearing a stunningly beautiful dress, Zhenya was wearing an expensive suit. We registered at the epoch-making Kutuzovsky registry office, and then rode around Moscow in a rented limousine. In the evening, everyone went to Zhenya’s dad’s apartment, where they staged a real masquerade. It was very fun and unusual!

Despite the fact that Evgeny endlessly loved his wife, Olga’s father-in-law Yuri Ryashentsev sees the reason for their divorce in his son:

“He was just a boy when he became a husband.” And Olya is a domineering woman, and she was probably a little irritated by Zhenya’s childishness. On top of everything else, he constantly made some stupid professional remarks to her. Maybe he was jealous in vain.

“It seems that Olya put a lot of pressure on her son with her strong character,” says Olga Batrakova. “After their divorce, everything somehow took shape in his life right away. He graduated from the production department of VGIK, and interesting offers in the profession appeared. And soon he married the sweetest creature - St. Petersburg actress Lyudmila Kurepova (Sonya in “Poor Nastya”). They have been together for almost ten years and already have two daughters.

Forbidden topic

As I understood from the words of former classmates, Zhenya was not in vain to be jealous of his wife, Lomonosova gave reasons.

As a student at Shchuka, Olga did not have good grades. On the contrary, in the first two years I was more than once a candidate for expulsion. True, it never came to serious reprimands, because Lomonosova was patronized by one of the examiners, Konstantin Raikin, a long-time friend and senior comrade. Rumors persisted that the relationship between the master and the aspiring artist was not limited to friendship, and those who were especially keen-eyed even caught the tender glances Konstantin Arkadyevich cast at the charming Olenka.

“These conversations are empty,” Alexey Yakubov is sure. “Kostya just immediately believed in Olya and, with some sixth sense, saw her talent. I remember very well how we prepared for admission and how poorly she read. I just grabbed my head! But Raikin has much more experience communicating with applicants and emerging talents. Of course, it is extremely difficult to ignore the fact that Olya is not just an actress, but also an attractive woman. Therefore, I do not rule out light flirting on Raikin’s part. But this is all completely innocent. But the fact that she had an affair with actor Dmitry Ulyanov is true!

At first, Dmitry and Olga were simply friends and their conversations concerned only their profession. At that time, Ulyanov was already shining in films and was in good standing in the theater. Their relationship developed rapidly. They say that the lovers even thought about marriage and children, but then everything unexpectedly ended. However, the friendship remained. And later, playing together in the TV series “St. John’s Wort,” both of them did not even give a half-hint to let others know that there was something between them. Only a select few in the acting community knew about their love. Under the same ban for Lomonosova is the topic of her relationship with actor Alexander Samoilenko, with whom she became close on the set of the series “Cobra. Anti-terror."

- How Sasha looked after her! He showered us with bouquets, gave us jewelry, took us to restaurants, and treated us to fine wines! — the project’s make-up artists say with gusto. “After all, he had his own restaurant business back then, which brought in a very decent income, so Samoilenko could afford to get a star from the sky for his beloved.

The romance lasted two years until theater director Pavel Safonov appeared on Lomonosova’s horizon, thanks to whom she brilliantly graduated from Shchuka several years ago.

“Pasha discovered in Olya something that others had not seen,” says Yakubov. “When he came to their course, he immediately chose her for the main role in the graduation performance “A Month in the Country.” The editor of the scene from “Satyricon” Grishka, who later became the star of the series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful” Grigory Antipenko, was also involved there. Even the most notorious skeptics received this amazing performance at the institute with a bang! There was a standing ovation. But, as far as I know, then Olya and Pasha did not have any relationship. She probably had to go through numerous novels and marriage to understand: Pasha is the man of her life.

...Olga, Pavel and their daughter Varechka recently moved to a new spacious apartment. By summer they are planning to buy a cozy country house. While the parents are engaged in creativity, the baby “works” in the kindergarten, and in the evenings she confesses to her dad and mom how much she loves them. Isn't this what happiness is?

Actor career

After leaving ballet, Olga Lomonosova became a student at the Shchukin School. The first year of study was not easy for Lomonosova. She didn’t succeed in many things, so the girl was afraid that she would be expelled. However, at the end of the first year, she clearly realized that acting was her life’s work, so she would do everything to stay in school.

The actress’s graduation performance was called “Beautiful People.” While performing her role in the play, Konstantin Raikin was in the hall, who highly appreciated Olga’s acting abilities. This praise was better for her than the final grade for her diploma.

Actress Olga Lomonosova needs no introduction. She is a popular actress, an incredibly beautiful woman and a mother of three children: two daughters – Varya, 11 years old, Sasha, 7 years old, and one-year-old son Fedya.

Olga was born in Donetsk. At the age of 10 she entered the choreographic school in Kyiv. She studied well and showed promise. She worked at the Musical Theater named after K.S. Stanislavsky and Vl. I. Nemirovich-Danchenko ballet dancer. But later she entered the Shchukin Theater School, where, by the way, she met her future husband, theater director Pavel Safonov. Olga has an impressive number of roles in cinema and theater; but it was television that at one time introduced a wide audience to the talented actress. The role of Kira Voropaeva from the cult TV series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful” made her a super media person.

— Olga, I know that you recently returned from a tour from Vienna, where you were with the play “The Elder Son” based on Vampilov’s play of the same name. How did everything go?

— It seems to me that everything went perfectly; we were received very well. Although I know that in Vienna the public is polar: from bourgeois to very simple. We have already come to Austria with the play “Valentine's Day”.

— As far as I remember, you previously played Natalya Makarskaya in this performance. Now you play Nina, the daughter of the main character Sarafnov, played by Viktor Sukhorukov.

- Yes, that's right. It so happened that there was a need to cast this role, since the director did not want to hire an actress from outside for a short period of time. I understood that I was doing some kind of experiment on myself: it was connected with many aspects, including age. I realized that it was unlikely that anyone would offer me to play a 19-year-old girl. And then it so happened that a second cast was needed, and I began to “hang out” between Nina and Makarska. But Zhenya Kregzhde (performer of the role of Nina) is out now due to maternity leave and therefore I am playing this character for now.

— You were on tour with your husband, the director of the play. Who stayed with the children?

- Of course, we have a nanny. There is also my mother, who came from Kyiv two years ago. She moved, received Russian citizenship and is very happy that she lives next to us and communicates with her grandchildren. But a grandmother is a grandmother, and a nanny is a nanny. Here, as you understand, there is a very delicate relationship: there are pros and cons, as, probably, in any family where there is both a nanny and a grandmother with the children. Both, by the way, are very beloved and irreplaceable!

— Do you never take your children with you on trips?

“We were thinking of taking our eldest daughter this time; it was just the holidays at the secondary school. But she had a concert at the dance school, and therefore it would be bad to miss.

— Is she a professional dancer?

- No, I don’t think this will develop into a professional interest. For now, this is the Inspiration School of the Arts, where she plays the piano and studies jazz.

— Considering your ballet background, who suggested the dances: you or Varya herself?

“I don’t remember which of us was the first to want it.” At first she just danced, then she wanted to go to ballet school, which she ultimately refused.

— Has Varya already entered adolescence?

- Yes. Her mood can change dramatically. From time to time it feels like she doesn’t belong to herself, that it’s her hormones that are twisting her this way. Sometimes this is my beautiful child, and sometimes... Varya is a Sagittarius by horoscope: she is selfish and clearly understands what she wants. And we, on the contrary, are a creative family in which, in principle, decisions are made very difficult (laughs): to go somewhere, to finally buy tickets, etc. And Varya, to be honest, suffers a lot from us. For example, we pay for school later than everyone else. And not because, of course, there is no financial opportunity - it’s just that everyone thinks that the other did it.

— Have you heard anything about time management? : )

- Yes, I strive for the system and I understand that it would be easier for me to live this way. But I’m still very lazy (laughs). Now, if only someone would take my place and draw up a plan or daily routine. For example, we were driving in the car today and talking about how I had a terrible headache. Of course, a lot depends on the fact that I am uncomfortable and sleep poorly, since I am still feeding Fedya. But! I don't play sports at all now. And my “ballet” body aches and suffers without physical activity, it’s hard for him. I can’t study at home, although every time I think that I’ll get up before everyone else and do a little exercise. But it doesn't work. You need to get up, “rip” everyone out of bed, get everyone up, feed everyone, including yourself.

When I finally get to the gym, I realize how much easier it is for me: I don’t have a headache, I don’t have to worry about having a job, I have enlightened thoughts. You are a happy person who does not depend on whether the sky is low or high today. But, unfortunately, this feeling is quickly forgotten, and everything returns to normal.

We are a creative family in which decisions are made very difficult: to go somewhere, to finally buy tickets, etc.

Sometimes I really realize how stupidly I allocate my precious time. I had a moment when I started a notebook and started writing down: at such and such a time I’m going to pick up Varya, then for Sasha, and here I have a “hole”, and through this “hole” I can probably go to the pool . Or get a manicure. Or something else. But I quickly abandoned this notebook. Are you thinking: gym or manicure? Or just read a book? (laughs). In the meantime, you think and decide what is better - time passes.

— Does your eldest daughter help you?

“It’s partly an illusion that an older child can seriously help.” Of course, I can say: “So, Varya, look after Fedya.” And she will help! But another option is also possible: “Why me and not Sasha? I can’t, I still have to teach... But, mom, listen to the topic in English.” And this, by the way, is completely natural. However, she also has other periods when she “plays” being a mother and starts ordering Sasha to wash or put something away. Or suddenly he will start studying with Fedya or even controlling me to see if I’m watching him carefully. He started walking and now he needs an eye and an eye.

Another difficulty is that our dad is currently working in St. Petersburg and visits Moscow on short visits.

- But there is a nanny!

— I try to invite the nanny no earlier than 12 noon, so that she can spend longer with the children in the evening. So the morning is entirely on me. I get up at 7 am to take my eldest daughter to school. Average Sasha goes to the garden at 9 am and only for three hours. She is a wayward girl. The fact is that she attended a preparatory group, the children of which went to school last year. She categorically refused to go to the children in another group. And now he “works” in the garden in a short-term group. We persuaded her. That is, I send them off, then I come home and feed Fedya. And then you have to, say, quickly go to the rehearsal.

— How many performances do you have in the theater now?

— Two performances at the theater on Malaya Bronnaya: “Tartuffe” and “Cyrano de Bergerac”, “The Eldest Son”, “Male Fragrance. Orchestra", theatrical, and "Valentine's Day" of the "Another Theater". And I’m now entering the sixth performance. This is a production by Theatre.doc “Stirlitz is walking down the corridor - Which corridor? Along our corridor...” I am introduced to the role that Masha Mashkova played for many years. She is in America now, and, of course, it’s hard for her to fly to Moscow once a month. And the play must be performed, although it is a respectable age - 15 years. But at the same time he is incredibly alive. The premiere is coming soon and I'm very excited.

But I absolutely love the rehearsal process: it’s a completely different format, a different way of existing in the material, a different approach to creating a role: not at all what I’m used to. I’m rehearsing and I understand that I probably won’t play like this at the premiere. After all, during a rehearsal you break into some absolutely cosmic things, but at a performance this may not happen.

I'll be nervous at the premiere. You know, until that moment I had a hard time believing in female direction. But Lena (Elena Shevchenko - director of the play, author's note) understands and gives what I need. She's not the kind of person who says, "Cool!" He puts me on my own rails, and I ride as usual. Something that often happens in movies, by the way.

— Which role is most dear to you?

— A very difficult question. As for any artist. But, probably, this is my heroine from the play based on Ivan Vyrypaev’s play “Valentine’s Day”. Although with the advent of Theater.doc in my life, perhaps my special love will now be distributed between these two productions.

I understand that this is probably all: neither health nor strength is enough to bear and give birth to another child...

— What helps you in creating a particular image on stage and in films?

“Sometimes I feel like I didn’t finish my studies.” I myself cannot clearly formulate which buttons I press to achieve results. Everything is intuitive for me. I often think: “What kind of profession is this anyway? What is it built on?” But, on the other hand, it is clear that there is a huge theoretical base, systems have been created... I can say about myself that I overwhelm the director with questions: “How is it here? Why exactly is that so?” And I fill myself with these questions or something. To then display the result.

— When your husband is a theater director, is it certainly easier? You will never be left without roles.

“The last time Pasha staged a play with me was quite a long time ago. It was "Orchestra". After that, he released about 5 more premieres without me.

— Why don’t you play in his latest premiere, “Woe from Wit?” at the theater on Malaya Bronnaya?

—Who would I play there? Old woman Khlestova? By the way, I tried to get through to her. But it would hardly have worked. I'm still not a character actress.

— So the lack of a role in this performance is not related to your latest pregnancy?

- No. Before Fedya, I was supposed to play in “Twelfth Night” at the Satire Theater. There was already a distribution. And for some reason I wildly resisted this. And in the end, this is how it all turned out: I realized that I was pregnant.

- Why did they resist?

— At that moment I wanted to play something radical. I wanted to play Khlestakov, for example. In fact, there are very few female roles of this nature and scale. Men are luckier in this regard. Then a desire arose in me to “get out” somewhere: to try my hand at another director.

— After two girls, a boy appeared. What does it feel like?

- This is very cool. This is space. Girls didn't look at me like that. But this is also due to the fact that he is the third child and that I am 40 years old. I understand that this is probably all: neither my health nor my strength will be enough to bear and give birth to another child... With my third child, I realized that I don’t want to rush things. Children grow up so fast. They are my wealth; The only thing I have, essentially. I look at them and don’t believe that these are all my children! This is amazing! They are all very different, completely different from each other.

- But Fedya was an unexpected gift? Or did everything go according to plan?

- Yes, he was unexpected. I was busy with several projects and shuttled between St. Petersburg and Moscow. Pasha was in St. Petersburg with the children, and I went to see them. And somewhere I was “fooled” by Fedya (laughs).

— Do you remember your husband’s reaction after you found out that you were having a boy?

- Yes. Pasha said that he didn’t even want to hear about it, that he didn’t believe it yet. He generally asked me not to tell him the sex of the child when I found out. But I initially understood that it was a boy: I was more resilient, less hysterical and filmed until the last minute. By the way, I posted a photo of my belly on Instagram only three weeks before giving birth.

— Did you feel a difference in workload with the birth of your third child? Has it become more difficult?

“Two or three, it seems to me, doesn’t play any role.” The difference is noticeable when there is only one child, and then a second child appears. When Sasha was born, I was very confused. How will I style it? But now this question seems ridiculous. We adjusted everything very quickly with the birth of Fedya. Who puts whom to bed, who reads to whom.

— Do you read to everyone?

“Varya, of course, reads herself, and she literally devolves books that come her way. She even read all of Pasha's plays. And the play I’m rehearsing now, too. Sasha is not like that. You can't force her to read it. She is constantly annoyed that Varya reads everywhere and does not let go of the book.

“One can only envy the parents of a child like Varya.” A reading teenager is a rarity today. What about TV and gadgets?

— We don’t have a TV at home. And there is not even a desktop computer. There is a laptop that is broken. But there is an iPad - one for everyone. It was once given to me because I wanted to watch a movie on the road. Varya has a smartphone. Sasha only has a push-button phone for now.

— Is Varya “sitting” on the phone?

“Sometimes I feel like I’m sitting.” But this is still not the amount of time that I hear about today regarding modern children.

— Are you an active Instagram user yourself?

— I can’t say that I’m a wildly active user, but yes, I’m on Instagram! It really takes a lot of time. Especially when there are some obligations related to advertising and barter, for example. All this is not easy for me.

*** Interview: Svetlana Berdichesvskaya

Naked Olya Lomonosova

The star of the TV series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful” and “Children of the Arbat” had accomplished a lot in life by the age of 31: she studied ballet, became a famous certified artist, managed to be married, and gave birth to a beautiful daughter, who will turn three years old the other day...

Although the star claims that as a child she considered herself an ugly duckling, she was never deprived of the attention of the stronger sex. Moreover, she chose more than worthy gentlemen. Just like her heroine in the series “The Story of a Pilot.”

First-grader LOMONOSOVA was distinguished by diligence and good behavior

Honestly, I had no idea how dramatically this trip would change her life.

– says theater employee Galina Mirova with a smile. – This is such a maddening man: strong, with an excellent sense of humor!

Vladimir MASHKOV charmed the girl with his many talents

Evgeny RYASHENTSEV was the first and so far only legal husband of the actress

– I can’t say anything bad about Olya: beautiful, purposeful, independent, talented.

After all, both Olya and Zhenya did not have a permanent profitable job, huddled in a small rented apartment, could not afford expensive purchases or trips abroad, although after a magnificent wedding, it seemed that all this should have been present in their lives. In any case, Lomonosova thought so.

Naked Olya Lomonosova

In the film “Night Sisters,” pregnant Olya did not hesitate to undress

- The celebration is gorgeous! – the guests of the holiday, among whom was Olya’s close friend Marina Alexandrova, loved to remember. – Olya was wearing a stunningly beautiful dress, Zhenya was wearing an expensive suit.

Olga is rightfully considered one of the most beautiful actresses in Russia
