The biography of Paul Kevin Jonas II begins on November 5, 1987 in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is the first child of sign language teacher, singer Denise Marie (nee Miller) and Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., a songwriter, musician and former ordained Assemblies of God minister. Then brothers Joe (1989), Nick (1992) and Frank (2000) were born.

The eldest of the Jonas brothers inherited wildly mixed blood from his ancestors. It combines German, English, Scottish, Irish, Sicilian, French-Canadian roots, and there is even a “pinch” of Cherokee Indians.
The boys grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey, a quiet town not designed for future pop stars. To entertain themselves, the brothers, like many at their age, put together a group called the Sons of Jonas. In the mid-2000s, Nick Jonas offered to present their joint work to producers. Fearless and confident of success, the guys went to the Columbia Records studio.
Music
In early 2005, Columbia Records president Steve Greenberg listened to the Sons of Jonas' demo of "Please Be Mine." He was going to give up on promoting very young boys, but he was hooked on Nick’s voice - deep, mature beyond his years. As a result, Greenberg offered a contract to record three albums. This is how the boy band Jonas Brothers was organized.
Jonas Brothers - Burnin' Up
The first album, “It's About Time,” was released in August 2006 in a limited edition - only 50 thousand copies, and, accordingly, was not a commercial success. Perhaps the reason lies in the fact that Columbia Records was not initially interested in promoting the brothers. One way or another, the business relationship ended in early 2007, leaving the Jonas Brothers without a label.
In February of the same year, the guys were “sheltered” at Hollywood Records. Thanks to the company's support, the brothers appeared on posters for the GAP clothing store and wrote a jingle for an advertisement for Baby Bottle Pops.
The second studio album of the Jonas Brothers, released in August 2007, hit the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 200 in its first week. The most popular song was “SOS,” which entered the ratings in Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Ireland, and the UK. and the USA, providing the guys with fame outside their native country.

The third album “A Little Bit Longer” was a fabulous success, which in August 2008 immediately reached the top of the Billboard 200. Its release was preceded by the releases of the singles “Burnin’ Up”, “Lovebug” and “Tonight”, which are now positioned on radio stations as classics 2000s. Rolling Stone magazine ranked "A Little Bit Longer" at number 40 on its top 50 best albums of 2008, and "Video Girl" at number 49 among the top 100 songs of the same time period.
A year later, the brothers managed to repeat their success - their fourth album, “Lines, Vines, and Trying Times,” again reached number 1 on the Billboard 200. They sold 247 thousand copies in a week.
Jonas Brothers - When You Look Me In The Eyes
The popularity of the boy band grew, including thanks to the release of videos and thematic series on the Disney Channel. However, in May 2012, it became known that the Jonas Brothers had parted ways with the Hollywood Records label. A year later, in October 2013, the guys announced their breakup.
Unlike Nick and Joe, Kevin has not released solo albums. It is possible that music for him is just a hobby, and not the goal of life.

Kevin and his brothers are Disney Channel stars. They first appeared in the TV series Hannah Montana (episode "Me and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas and Mr. Jonas") in August 2007. The episode was watched by 10.7 million viewers, a record for cable television.
In 2008, the TV channel premiered the film “Camp Rock: Musical Vacation,” in which the brothers appeared in their native role as musicians. Kevin played guitarist Jason, Nick played guitarist Nate, and Joe played lead singer Shane Gray. Their group was called "Connect 3". After 2 years, the sequel “Camp Rock 2: Report Concert” was released.

Immediately after the release of the first Camp Rock, the Disney Channel launched the reality show Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream. The series, which tells about the life of the musicians during the “Look Me in the Eyes” tour in support of their second studio album, was published from May to September 2008. The show was revived in March 2010, airing footage from the World Tour.
In May 2009, the guys appeared in the original series “Jonas”.
There are projects in Kevin’s filmography without the participation of his brothers. So, in the show “When I Was 17” on MTV, Jonas talked about his teenage life. In 2012, the musician revealed details of his personal life to fans in the reality series “Married to Jonas.” It showed the life of Kevin and Danielle Jonas, as well as live footage from the studio, where the brothers tried to compose their fifth studio album. The final episode of the show aired in May 2013.

Kevin Jonas met his future wife Danielle Delis in May 2007 in the Bahamas. On July 1, 2009, the lovers officially announced their engagement, and got married in December.

The family has two children. On February 2, 2014, Kevin and Danielle's first daughter, Elina Rose, was born. 2 years later, a publication appeared on the musician’s Instagram with the text “And again preparing the children’s room!” and a photo of the wife’s round belly. Valentina Angelina was born on October 27, 2021.
Kevin is an evangelist. He, like his entire family, has been wearing a “purity ring” since he was 16 years old.
