Such a difficult choice of heroes

No matter how strange it may seem, the main characters - boys - could have been played by completely different guys. The director of the film, Vladimir Alenikov, came up with his characters ten years before the start of filming, but for a long time he could not find the boys. The search for candidates took place in dozens of cities and hundreds of schools. But nothing worked.

The fate of this musical comedy was determined by chance. Alenikov had a meeting with an old friend - choreographer Vladislav Druzhinin. It was from him that the director saw a photo of a boy who looked exactly like his Vasechkin - as he imagined him. It was Druzhinin’s son, Yegor. Arriving at the audition, the boy managed to conquer the director. In addition, he helped him find a schoolboy for the role of Petrov. Egor brought his friend Dima Barkov to the audition.

Alenikov was glad that the on-screen characters were friends behind the scenes. Now all he had to do was find a girl who would be like the fictional Masha Startseva. Two girls wanted to play this character - Inga Ilm and Nastya Ulanova. But the boys, having fallen under Inga’s charm, asked to approve her.

Kostya Gavrilov - the role of the lead singer of the group "Cinema"

0
In 1984, he played the role of the lead singer of the Cinema group in the film The Adventures of Petrov and Vasechkin. We didn’t see Konstantin in “Vacation,” but we heard him. Few people know that all of Vasechkin’s vocal parts were performed by Kostya Gavrilov. He performed all the songs with high professionalism. Listen to the song “About Knights in Our Time” and you will understand what I mean. Unfortunately, Kostya's traces were lost. It is only known that Konstantin played in the group “Brigade S” until 1985, and from 1986 to 1990 he played keyboards in the Moscow group “Alliance” (Farlanders). After some time, Kostya leaves the Alliance and goes to the Nicolaus Copernicus group. But he soon returns. After some time, Kostya leaves for permanent residence in the United States of America, where (according to unverified data) he lives to this day. It was not possible to trace the further fate of Konstantin Gavrilov.

Love of dancing and more

Considering that Yegor Druzhinin began to seriously study choreography quite late, it was not easy for him. The young man did not have enough plasticity; stretching exercises were difficult for him. Then classmate Veronica Itskovich came to his aid. The girl from Tbilisi turned out to be the cousin of Nikolai Tsiskaridze himself, who at that time was already making serious progress.

Veronica, inspired by her brother's triumph, decided that she could handle all the ballet difficulties and began to help Yegor. The young people became friends and then fell in love with each other. They even got married, but soon a long separation awaited them.

From fake blood to smoke bombs

These three guys turned out to be real pranksters. Restless schoolchildren stirred up the whole of Odessa, where the film was filmed, despite the fact that their working day lasted eight hours.

None of the residents of this city who lived near the hotel where the cheerful trio settled could sleep peacefully. Children constantly played football under the windows of nearby houses; they could ring the doorbell and immediately run away.

And one day the prankster Yegor found a jar of fake blood left at the studio and brought it to his friends. In turn, the three of them covered themselves with it and scared passers-by on the streets of the city.

A little later, the guys stole a smoke bomb. They set her on fire, burying her in the sand in the embankment locker room. At the hotel, they managed to break the fire extinguisher, setting two floors on fire. At the studio we were constantly hanging around mock-ups of mines, ships and tanks. The curious kids were eager to try everything at once.

Petya Vasechkin was voiced by Igor Sorin.

Born on November 10, 1969 in Moscow. Died on March 1, 1998. As a child, after passing a big competition, he was selected for the role of Tom Sawyer, but on the eve of filming, director Nikita Mikhalkov asked the film crew to take another boy, Fedya Stukov. The director of the film, Stanislav Govorukhin, granted this request. In desperation, Igor jumped from the second floor, but the jump ended successfully. The administrators of the film crew, frightened by such a reaction from an offended child, offered him another, small role in the film - one of the boys (Joe Harper), which he played (listed in the credits as Igor Raiberg). Igor repeatedly voiced films where other boys played and sang. After the eighth grade, he entered the Moscow Radio Mechanical College. Since 1988 he worked at the theater. Ermolova as a stage worker. In the same year he entered the Gnessin State School in the department of musical comedy in the class of director A. Kanaevsky. Having interrupted his studies in his third year, he toured with the Warsaw Musical and Drama Theater with the musical “Metro”. In 1994 he continued his studies at the Gnessin School. After graduation, he worked at the “Scientific Monkey” theater. From 1995 to March 1998, he was the lead singer of the popular group “Ivanushki International.” On September 1, 1998, early in the morning, Igor Sorin jumped from the balcony of the sixth floor of the studio where he was working on recording a solo album.

In the films “The Adventures of Petrov and Vasechkin, Ordinary and Incredible” and “The Vacations of Petrov and Vasechkin, Ordinary and Incredible,” she played the role of a class teacher and a French teacher. At the time of filming the film, she was married to director Vladimir Alenikov and was raising their common son, Phillip.

Emergency shooting

When young Druzhinin dreamed of cinema, he probably did not suspect that it was such hard work. The process was further complicated by the fact that filming had to be completed by September, so as not to take the boys away from school. They managed to make a movie, but not to dub it. As a result, instead of Druzhinin, Vasechkin’s voice was “given” by Igor Sorin, the same soloist of “Ivanushki” who tragically died in the 90s.
