Daria Sergeevna Stavrovich

Biography

Daria Stavrovich was born on February 1, 1986 in the city of Velsk, Arkhangelsk region. After graduating from school in Arzamas, she studied at the Nizhny Novgorod Music College.

She got into the Slot group thanks to Igor Lobanov’s acquaintance with Maxim Samosvat, ex-vocalist of the Epidemic group. She combined work in a group and study at the Institute of Contemporary Arts at the faculty of academic and pop-jazz singing.

Dasha's nickname - Nookie - is a proper noun and cannot be translated.

Since 2013 he has been participating in the international project “Forces United”. It also features such musicians as: Maxim Samosvat, Konstantin Seleznev, Jarkko Ahola[1].

Her singing talent manifested itself from childhood, as soon as the baby began to speak. There is nothing surprising in this, because Daria’s mother has an opera voice and at one time also performed on stage.

By the age of 12, the young artist was already clearly aware that she would not earn anything other than vocals. She clearly decided for herself that she would devote herself to the musical field and achieve the recognition of millions of fans not only in her country, but also abroad. Nuka’s parents (the singer performs under this pseudonym) are very educated and cultured people, her father is a doctor, her mother is a teacher, and in the past she was an opera artist.
