We bring to your attention the simplest version of a three-dimensional figure - flowers:
- We will need: latex balloons (green, yellow, white), threads, ribbons and wire, a hand pump and, of course, a good mood.
- Inflate 5 white balloons, which will be flower petals.
- We tie them together, fastening them with threads or wire, so that the petals look in different directions.
- Now we inflate 5 yellow balloons 2 times smaller in size (or simply inflate them not completely). We also connect them and create the core of the flower.
- We connect the petals (bottom) with the core (top).
- Inflate the red balloon and secure it in the center at the top (this will be the “pestle”).
- We create the stem from elongated green balls. We put on several long “sausages”, weave them like a rope and attach them to the base of the petals.
- At the base we place 4 large green balls connected to each other (for stability), and on top of them – 4 small green balls. This will be a “flowerbed”.
- Now we connect the stem to the “flowerbed” - our flower is ready.
- You can decorate it with serpentine, sparkles, etc.

How to decorate a room with helium balloons
There are, of course, much more opportunities here. I again excluded all complex shapes from balls that require special skills in making.
Foil balloons last the longest. They are expensive, but they also stay in the air for several weeks. You can choose inflatable figures based on the theme of the holiday, and there’s nothing else to do.
Helium balloons can be released into free flight under the ceiling:

Solid volumetric structures (panels, arches, etc.) are usually created for grandiose holidays - school graduation, store opening, anniversary, wedding, etc.
You can create a small arch or panel to decorate a children's party or birthday at home.
You definitely can’t do this without the help of professionals and frames. Well, or at least 2-3 assistants.
You can use either a hand pump or a helium balloon (at your discretion) to inflate balloons.

- The simplest solution is a “string of pearls”. That is, a movable arch on which the balls are “strung” on a fishing line. For this idea, you should take pearlescent white balls. We tie them together, fasten them to the fishing line in the required quantity (according to the required length), and then fasten the fishing line with an “arch” (or in another way).
- For heavier structures, frames and balloons inflated with ordinary air are used (helium balloons “keep their shape” for only 12-22 hours). We choose the colors of the balloons according to the theme of the holiday (for example, tricolor), then inflate them using a pump and fix them on a frame (a frame made of hard materials).
What holidays can be decorated with balloons?
In every family, town, city, country and even in the world, people constantly celebrate different events and celebrations. Many approach their design very responsibly, prepare for them in advance, buy all the necessary attributes. This figure takes a lot of time and also requires several additional hands. Therefore, it would be more rational to prepare it for a wedding, or for some other serious and significant dates.
You can make the design in three different ways:
- Inflated balloons are tied on a fishing line and attached to the wall;
- Inflated balloons are mounted on a wire frame;
- The inflated balloons are secured with double-sided tape and hung on the wall. This method is best used in cases where the surface can be easily cleaned of tape residues;
In addition, to decorate the holiday, you can make several bouquets with flowers from balloons. But these will not be ordinary flowers, but bouquets with hearts. To create them, you will need to purchase miniature heart-shaped balls and other elongated balls, this will be our stem. They need to be connected to each other and the resulting bouquet placed in an artificial basket. Agree, it is very simple and beautiful.

An option that will delight both kids, romantic girls, and, probably, even many young mothers.
You can use it for a Jubilee, a wedding and a wedding anniversary, a children's party, Retirement Day, any significant date - for example, a celebration of receiving a diploma or being awarded a Badge of Distinction.
- We inflate the balloons (you can use regular air) in huge quantities. Immediately stock up on a pump - you simply don’t have enough strength to inflate so many balloons.
- There should be so many balls that they fall on the person who opens the door to the room - that is, from floor to ceiling. The surprise is, of course, labor-intensive, but effective!
- Well, the second option: an avalanche. It is suitable for rooms with high ceilings. We fix a wide net under the ceiling and fill this “hammock” with inflated (air!) balloons. At the right moment, one of the guests tears off the net, and the balls fall on the guests like an avalanche.

- We inflate the biggest balloon, inside which we put small light toys, streamers, candies and, of course, confetti . At the right moment, the balloon is burst, and surprises are scattered like fireworks over the guests. Mandatory point: many mini-balloons inflated with helium are placed inside the ball. Well, the balloon itself is also inflated with helium.
- 2nd option: many small balloons with surprises. We supply each balloon with candies, surprises and confetti. Next, fill it with helium, tie the streamer to the tails and release it to the ceiling. At the end of the holiday, everyone chooses their own balloon and bursts it.
How to stuff surprises into a balloon?
- We inflate the ball a little and put it on a “conductor” (a bottle cut off on both sides, for example, or a funnel with a wide neck).
- We blow in air by 60-70% (using a vacuum cleaner).
- We quickly push surprises, candies and confetti inside, and then deflate the balloon.
- Now we inflate the balloon using the usual method, tie it and, having decorated it, send it to where it should hang.

If you are planning a large feast, a birthday, or a children's party, dessert balloons will definitely lift everyone's mood and appetite!
This option for decorating a room with balloons, with some modifications and modifications, can be used, for example, on Easter, New Year, March 8th.
How to prepare our “desserts”?
- We inflate large white balloons with helium.
- We print sheets with a “waffle” background, roll them into cones and secure them at the bottom of the balls with double-sided tape. Naturally, it is better to glue the tape from the inside, so as not to spoil the overall appearance of the “ice cream”.
- We pass the ribbon down directly through the hole in the cone (don't forget to leave this useful hole).
- Next, the “ice cream” can be released to the ceiling or tied with ribbons to the cutlery - let the dessert hang above the table.
Frame version of the figure
This option is used most often for public holidays - last call, grand opening, wedding. An entrance arch decorated with various balloons will look impressive.
The only disadvantage of the frame option is that it cannot be done independently. This will require two or three people to help create the figure.
The easiest way would be to make a “string of pearls”. In this case, the balls are simply attached to the fishing line in a chaotic manner. The main condition is that the balls must be firmly fixed, otherwise there is a risk that the figure may completely disintegrate. Assistants are needed here in order to feed the balls while strengthening them in the highest part of the structure.
If you have several friends who will not refuse help, this will be an ideal way to brightly decorate the holiday. Young children who love to run around and have fun will be especially happy with the arch.

Decorating a room with fruit from balloons is suitable for children's parties, as well as for decorating country holiday gatherings.
This option is carried out according to the principle of the previous one - but, unlike it, the fruits do not hang in the air, but are attached to a fishing line like a garland.
- Inflate balloons of different colors.
- We use them to create bunches of raspberries, grapes, as well as pineapples, etc.
- Cut out fruit leaves from paper and glue them onto the tops of the heads.
- If necessary, we supplement our decor with drawings on the balls themselves.
