Despite the fact that restoration was recently completed at the Kirov Registry Office, two problems remained unresolved: a small parking area and the scarcity of picturesque places for a wedding photo shoot. In front of the Kirov Registry Office building there is a small park area and a flowerbed bearing the symbols of the government agency - two intertwined rings.
The closest place where guests with newlyweds can have a wedding photo shoot is the “9 January” park, and you can park your vehicle on Stachek Avenue (if the wedding procession is too large) or along the facade of the Kirov Registry Office.

In appearance, the Kirov Civil Registry Office is not particularly solemn, but this small nuance is easily compensated for by the interior decoration of the premises. Warm pastel colors, exquisite stucco, many columns, sculptures and chandeliers were used to decorate the halls. The solemn atmosphere of the Kirov Civil Registry Office can be felt even on the threshold of this building. The massive wooden door that greets visitors only emphasizes the importance of the upcoming event.
Having crossed the threshold of the Kirov registry office, you find yourself in the spacious hall of the establishment, on the right side there is a door to one of the guest rooms. Not far from the entrance to the Horseshoe Wedding Palace there is a grand staircase - it is not too wide, but quite comfortable and covered with a beautiful carpet. On the left and right sides there is an entrance to several more guest apartments. The main staircase leads to the second floor, where the ceremony hall and the newlyweds' apartments are located.
The bride and groom's apartments are decorated in light peach tones. This room is decorated with antique-style furniture, beautiful window drapery, and in the heart of the room there is a piano. In this room, not only the bride and groom, but also their witnesses await the start of registration. Here, future spouses can cope with anxiety in a calm atmosphere and prepare for a future important event.
The ceremony hall has become even more magnificent after the latest renovation work. Now in this room there is parquet and carpet on the floor, which matches the color of the walls. The ceiling features exquisite handmade stucco, magnificent chandeliers that create excellent lighting in the room and large windows with elegant drapery.
Furniture in the ceremony hall includes a table for the master of ceremonies, beautiful chairs for guests and a table for the newlyweds, at which they sign the bonds of their marriage.
